FacebookFantastic service from Hogg & Hogg Estate Agents, especially Helen. From the initial open house viewing with Helen, we never felt pressured into buying but made to feel welcomed. We completed the purchase of the property within days and have been kept informed with every last detail of the sale. Hopefully be moved in within the next few weeks. Helen has always been on hand to answer any questions or queries, whatever time day or night. Even recommended a solicitor which had made things more easier for us. I would highly recommend this estate agent & off course Helen to anybody looking a smooth & easy transaction on a house purchase. Looking forward to the initial move. Thanks for all your help

FacebookWe sold our house through Hogg and Hogg earlier this year and can't thank them enough for making the whole process so quick and easy. Despite being apprehensive at the prospect of selling our house, Hogg and Hogg removed that apprehension and sold our house very quickly. Helen and Rhiannon were friendly, informative and professional from the outset and we were kept up-to-date throughout the entire process. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them in the future.

GoogleWonderful! Kind and helpful staff, that worked around us when we needed for viewings. Kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Answered any questions we had along the way. Nothing was too much fuss and everyone was always happy to help. Helen also recommend a solicitor to us(as we had had a bad day experience with one previously) who was incredible! We received our keys last week and we couldn’t be happier with the way Hogg & Hogg helped us find and purchase our first home. ❤️
Thank you so much Hannah for your kind review. We are a happy team who pride ourselves on our communication and genuine want to help all our clients. So happy you are settling in well to your new home. We wish you all the very best! Helen

GoogleAlong with all the other positives mentioned in the other reviews about professionalism, responsiveness and proactiveness in keeping things moving forwards, where Hogg and Hogg really stood out for me during my sale was that as a family business it was almost always either Helen or Rhiannon on the other end of the line. This saved a lot of time repeating myself and in my case made such a difference as it was not a straightforward sale! We were able to successfully complete last week despite last minute complications and I am really thankful to Hogg and Hogg for the great service provided. Would recommend without hesitation!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Thank you Daniel for that lovely review. We do take enormous pride in company and try very hard to be as personable and professional as possible. We know how stressful it can be! Good luck with everything in London :) Helen

GoogleWe had such a positive experience with Hogg& Hogg, despite sadly not completing. Helen was amazing at chasing things and keeping us in the loop at all times. She was honest, friendly and a joy to work with over an incredibly stressful 5 months. We wouldn’t for a second consider using another estate agent in the future.

FacebookHelen was a lovely and welcoming agent that showed me and my partner around our first home on the property ladder! She has been ever so patient with our constant questions and has been more of a help than our actual solicitors! She matched our style perfectly and made us feel that no question was a stupid question. Very personal estate agent and highly recommend! #teamhogg&hogg

Helen’s communication was exceptional from start to finish, no chasing required. Highly recommend!
