We recently bought a house through Hogg & Hogg, and they provided a first-class service from first viewing until completion. The process of buying / selling a house is subject to a fair amount of uncertainty at any time, let alone when taking place against the backdrop of COVID - it was reassuring therefore that one 'certainty' we could rely on was efficient and effective communication from Helen throughout. Helen would typically reply to emails / voicemails within an hour, and always within half a day. Hogg & Hogg managed our transaction with a level of care and attention that we were extremely appreciative of. Thank you Helen, for your expertise, determination and persistence - without it, I am almost certain the transaction would not have completed successfully. For anybody that’s ever been involved in selling or buying a home will know how stressful it can be, but with these guys its so much more easier. Constant presence in providing advice, updates & reassurance (I needed it for sure ahaha) We bought a property with them and decided when renovated, to sell with them and I cannot stress to you enough that the standard of service we received initially from Hogg & Hogg was set that high, it was a no brainier for us to return. We already know that we will return later this year. Pricing, efficiency & professionalism is definitely their strongest traits. Hogg and Hogg were amazing, I would have 100% confidence using them again in the future. They were so friendly at every stage from valuation, to photos, to viewings. They were very informative and let us know when we had bookings and how each viewing had went after, they gave us real time updates for any offers and they were confident challenging buyers to up their offer without any input from us, this made a huge difference and meant we achieved asking price/or over. Our first buyer dropped out the day we were due to exchange! But Hogg and Hogg were great at keeping us updated despite the awful situation, they frequently followed up with the buyer and when the sale was no longer feasible they were very empathetic and so quick to remarket, approach previous clients with interest/offers and set up new viewings. We were fortunate that there was a new buyer for our house within a short timeframe, which ensured we didn't lose out on our new dream house. Hogg and Hogg were priced very competitively, always on hand for any questions or updates and went above and beyond helping us organise additional services such as electrician/plumber to ensure that the enquiries raised by our buyer were met with a fast turnaround which was so helpful and very much appreciated. The team were AMAZING, so professional and friendly and treated us with respect, integrity and honesty throughout. We are eternally grateful for the team and the impact they have had helping us achieve a great sale which allowed us to purchase our dream home. Thank you!

This is the second time I’ve used Hogg & Hogg and I didn’t think it was possible but they’ve matched the previous amazing service. From the first contact, though the various steps of the process they were professional and consistent throughout. Their communication was prompt and they were exceptionally responsive to queries. The property we are currently renting is being re-let by Hogg & Hogg. Rhiannon has been amazing! She keeps in constant contact keeping us up-to-date on what is happening. She is very flexible in date/time on viewings which we really appeciate and always gives us advance notice. Nothing seems to be a problem for them, if we cannot do a viewing then it's not made into a big deal like other agencys. Rhiannon is very friendly and professional, often staying after the viewing for a short chat. I actually enjoy having her do the viewings because she is so easy to get along with. I would 100% reccommend Hogg & Hogg to everyone and will use them in the future for renting/buying!!

Would highly recommend these estate agents when buying or selling a house! All of the estate agents I’ve dealt with in this firm (Helen and Rhiannon) were very professional, friendly and most importantly listen to what you need and go above and beyond to try to meet your needs. They are very knowledgable in the areas where they sell and as both a buyer and seller using these agents I couldn’t recommend them enough!! They are very attentive and respond quickly to any queries you have and I couldn’t ask for more when marketing my property they made sure to take the best photos and made sure the highlights were covered in the write up. They even provide a virtual tour using their camera which I think is a unique selling point in attracting more viewings. They also made sure to regular contact the solicitors in all parts of the chain to ensure a smooth sale. These are the only estate agents I will consider to use in the future and will make sure my friends and family use them! I also liked that it is a mother and daughter team which made it feel all the more personal which is something you don’t get with chain estate agents. Thank you so much for making it a pleasure to sell my house and buy and making it stress free as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were a great source of honest advice which really helped throughout the process.
