Highly recommended.. We had our new house last week through Hogg and Hogg. The team with Helen and Ceri was amazing. For some reason our mortgage process taken extra long time, but Ceri was extremely done a good job keeping both side  well informed and given suggestions to make it happen without delay . I felt Hogg and Hogg was my right decision because they were great during stressful situation and very much understanding. Excellent communication. Replying all the emails with no delay. I was dealing with Ceri mostly and she was able to maintain a good rapport between vendor and buyer which was really great. I highly recommend Hogg and Hogg. Thank you again for all the help..

We couldn't recommend Hogg & Hogg highly enough. Following a house sale fall through with a different agent, we have now sold with Hogg & Hogg. Throughout the process the communication has been excellent. We have been kept fully informed about every booking, viewing feedback, tips on selling, offers and negotiations, right through to an excellent liaision with the solicitors to push the sale through in a timely manner. Helen, Rhiannon, Ceri and the team have been highly professional, very personable and thoroughly helpful every step of the way. Thank you!

I have had the pleasure of working with Rhiannon and Helen for both the management of my rental property for ~5 years and subsequent sale. They are a breath of fresh air in the estate agent market, with the perfect balance of warmth, personality and professionalism. I also must recognise Ceri who went above and beyond the call of duty to help finalise what turned into a very complicated sale process due to a difficult buyer. Ceri was extremely responsive to phone calls, emails and text messages, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all, you are a credit to your profession.

We had the best experience with Hogg & Hogg! From the moment we started looking for our new home, the team was just incredible so professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help us. They made what could have been a stressful process feel so smooth and easy. We were so impressed that when it came to selling our house, we didn’t even think twice about who to call. And honestly, they completely exceeded our expectations again they sold our house within a couple of days! I have to give a massive shoutout to Ceri, she was an absolute star throughout the whole process. She was so patient with us (even when we had a million questions!) and just made everything feel so manageable. Ceri, we couldn’t have done it without you! The whole team has been amazing from start to finish. If you’re thinking of buying or selling, these are the people you need. We can’t recommend them enough thank you so much for everything!

I recently used Hogg and Hogg to sell a property. Helen and the team were great throughout. Helen is very enthusiastic and has an approachable, friendly manner which is a refreshing change from the "hard sell" aggressive approach of some agents. She is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Any emails I sent were answered promptly by Helen or the team although these were rarely needed as I was always kept informed of what was happening. The property sold in a week for over the asking price! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hogg and Hogg.

Helen was absolutely fantastic from the very beginning, myself and my partner couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent on our journey to becoming homeowners. Helen was able to answer all of our enquires and concerns with quick responses and was able to put our minds at ease, no task was too great or too small especially with the complex matter of dealing with two lots of solicitors! Helen felt like she had our best interests at heart and was with us every step of the way. We would highly recommend Hogg and Hogg, if we were to move in the future we would love to work with them again. Thank you Helen! Love Andrew and Liz x

Having recently sold my house I cannot recommend enough Helen and her team. Selling a property can be very daunting and stressful but from start to finish the whole process was conducted professionally and effortlessly. I was kept informed of all appointments and when my property sold (which was very quickly) any communication was responded too quickly day or night. The service from start to finish was outstanding and I would not hesitate recommending this independent, professional family business.Five stars does not even cover it!Thank you Helen.

We chanced upon Hogg and Hogg when viewing a property, and ended up marketing ours through them as a result. So glad we did. Helen and her team were excellent from start to finish. The attention to detail, communication and willingness to answer any of our long list of questions was second to none. Would happily recommend, and if I had to move again I wouldn't think twice about using Hogg and Hogg. Our thanks to Helen, Rhiannon and Lynn.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Helen was great right from the start. The quote was in line with what we were expecting and she didn't disappoint. The photos by Rhiannon were fab and the description of our house was lovely. Helen worked hard at keeping us and our buyer informed all the way through. She did a great job of placating our buyer when things were getting stressful and they were getting extremely frustrated about things not progressing at speed and not having a moving date. She really earned her money and we can't thank her enough for doing such a great job given the tough crowd she was dealing with and the difficult circumstances (the pandemic)! All round great service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Hogg and Hogg were brilliant to work with. We bought a house with them in 2025. They offer a professional service but maintain a friendly, personal touch, which I feel many agents lack these days. They always got back to us quickly during the negotiations stage through to final completion. Couldn't recommend them more.

Lovely to wake up this morning to a sunny blue sky and two sets of exchanged contracts! Thank you Hogg and Hogg. From the first call to Helen asking if she would visit and advise me on presenting my house, through "listing" it, careful viewings during Covid, matching the property with a really good buyer, and mopping my brow as I've moved anxiously through the legal process, Hogg and Hogg have been absolutely faultlessly fantastic, nothing's been too much trouble and everything has been done with integrity, depth of knowledge and friendliness. I like to support a local, independent, family business and am so glad that I came across this one. Thank you Helen, Rhiannon, Lynn and Leah, you've been wonderful every step of the way. I'm hoping I don't have to move again - ever! - but if I do, I'll most certainly be back.
