Emily is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, she has made letting of my property go so smoothly. Whenever I have had a query by email this has been answered almost immediately, also I have been kept up to date with everything that has been happening. Of course, I did come across other agents while viewing houses, but Poppy really set herself apart with her warmth, empathy, intelligence, promptness, and helpfulness. Together with Kay, the two make for great estate agents!

I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

All interactions were warm and friendly, every query was swiftly dealt with and on moving in the agents made contact to enquire after my wellbeing and ask if I needed help with anything. My elderly parents found themselves vulnerable after a life changing incident and needing to rent for the first time whilst their home was rebuilt .
