Lucy was extremely helpful through the tenancy agreement process and was kindly willing to be flexible when I encountered an issue on my move-in date. I have found that SMART consistently offer great service with brilliant communication throughout!

GoogleI cannot speak more highly of the professional service I received. It felt like the staff truly cared about my wellbeing and experience. All interactions were warm and friendly, every query was swiftly dealt with and on moving in the agents made contact to enquire after my wellbeing and ask if I needed help with anything. This meant a lot, especially having moved to a new area. Thank you again and I would highly recommend to family and friends.

My elderly parents found themselves vulnerable after a life changing incident and needing to rent for the first time whilst their home was rebuilt . Kate and Sammy especially were so supportive and made the whole process that seemed daunting at the time , a breeze. We will be forever grateful to you , you know how hard it’s all been for us , so thank you all so very much :)

GoogleI had a great experience with Adam Cowey, Kate Ellery and Jenni Wells. They have great attention to detail and were super helpful with any hitches or problems during the process. Communication was stellar and I never had trouble reaching anyone. The system set up for house maintenance and receipts is also really helpful and makes like much easier.
