I have used Smart Estate Agents to manage my rental properties for some time and I highly recommend them In particular, Emily Barlow and her team give excellent service. They are always friendly, efficient and you can trust them to deal with any issues in a timely manner. It's great to have agents that you can trust.

GoogleIt is no exaggeration to say that Kate, Poppy and Adam, and the staff at Smart Estate Agent (Penryn) have restored my faith in letting agents. From the first day with Smart, the level of care and responsiveness I have received has been incredible. Kate, Poppy and Adam have been remarkable and should be lauded for the consistently fantastic service they offer to their clients. They have managed my lease from negotiation and agreement to the present day, and at every point they have been flawlessly and immediately communicative, transparent, and helpful. Any concerns or issues I have identified have had a response in incredibly quick time, whether online or in person, and I have never had to chase an answer or worry that the Smart Estate Agent staff wouldn't respond. They are consummately professional and friendly, thoughtful, and empathetic, and have always made me feel valued and validated as a tenant.

The marketing agent has given us a tenant, that is in arrears in the first week no after sales service/No assistance on the arrears. Just made his £140 find tenant fee. Behaved rude and unproffessional on the phone, when asked to sort out matters.Absolutely out of order and the tenant has been left to the landlord to deal with. not happy with the service at all.
