Smarts level of detail the planning, execution, photos, detail and active marketing enable a fast sale meeting all expectations and gaining an expected and realistic sale price. Lisa’s exceptional knowledge, support and level headed assurances aided us through every step of the whole moving process, which reassured us every step of the way. There were many issues with the property I was living in but I have to say that SMART were always extremely considerate and understanding. They always dealt with the problems that arose and never tried to fault me in any of them. I only moved out because I was buying my own property. I would have stayed with SMART otherwise as I felt I was in very kind hands. Thanks again to Nina!

We couldn’t recommend SMART enough! They have been amazing through our (very long!) selling process. Lisa and Mitch worked so hard to continually push our property and made sure we were kept in the loop at all times. There was no silly question we could not ask them, they have been amazing and so helpful. We had previously used 3 other estate agents and not one of them did what SMART has! They have been superb and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

Lisa and the team were a breath of fresh air and a real pleasure to deal with.My property was previously for sale with 3 separate agents over the course of 18 months, with a poor experience with them all. Lack of effort on the marketing and very little pro-active input, also pressuring me into taking low offers.I moved to Smart during January, who offered a competitive fee and an honest appraisal on the property, which confirmed that my expectations were in line with the market. They completely re-did the marketing and re-launched the property, refreshing what was previously a 'stale' looking advert/property. This energised approach led to nearly 20 viewings over the course of the following two weeks and 3 offers, I took the last one and have just completed.10/10 would very much recommend if you are looking to sell your property in Exeter, or you are having similar experience with other agents.

There was a persistent leak coming from an upstairs bathroom into the kitchen below. It took a few attempts to find the source of the leak but each time I contacted Nina the message was very quickly passed on to the Landlord. Nina efficiently organised times and dates for the Landlord and plumber to visit that were convenient for me and stayed in communication until the issue was resolved.

I wanted to move but was daunted by the prospect, especially since I had a Shared Ownership property and didn't know there to start. That all changed when I met Lisa from Smart. She talked me through the process, found me a buyer swiftly and was supportive throughout. I paid Smart's very reasonably-priced upfront option so that the fees were sorted from the start. All the Smart staff I had contact with were friendly and helpful, and I'm now pleased to report that I've moved! Thank you to Lisa and Smart.

We were attracted to SMART because we trusted and liked Rob and were attracted by their price structure. Lisa was super efficient and our house sold pretty quickly so big shout out to her! Other estate agents were pretty sketchy when we wanted to view houses too so we wouldn't use them to sell our home.We recommend SMART to our friends and colleagues and more fool them if they don't take our advice.Don't want to have to buy or sell for a very long time but if we do they'll be our first call.

Jack was professional and friendly thought the viewing. He was waiting for me when I arrived (which was great as I’d remembered the wrong house number!). Showed me everything I needed to see and talked about what I needed in a property to check it would be suitable. As I left he emailed me the application so I could do it immediately. Over all a great viewing.

FacebookI've just sold my house and Smart Estate Agents were AMAZING. Rob came to value it and suggested a price higher than I had thought, with lots of relevant information to back up his decision. I instructed them on a Thursday, they booked 5 viewings for the Saturday and agreed a sale - at above asking price - on the Monday. They were great at communicating and keeping me updated throughout the process and the sale was completed very quickly. Definitely highly recommended :)

I sold my house with Smart estate agents and would not hesitate to recommend them. Lisa was fantastic throughout the whole process, keeping us updated all the time and always being available for any questions we may have. She has a real passion for what she does which shone through from the first time we met her.Within one week of Lisa first coming to the house to give us a quote the house was on the market with multiple viewings arranged and the day after the viewings we received some great offers which I believe was in part due to Lisa's pricing strategy and enthusiasm when conducting the viewings. As such our house sold with Smart within two weeks of us first meeting Lisa!Thanks again for all of your help Lisa and all at Smart - 5 stars from us!

Smart is exactly what this company are. Having had a property on the market with an online agent with 5 viewings in eight months, I decided it was time to get SMART! The house I was selling had far more views in eight days than I had in eight months with a very good price negotiated by Lisa Williams. I think Lisa should negotiate BREXIT! Clearly Lisa is much more able and quicker at getting a deal than those negotiating BREXIT at the moment. GO LISA!

FacebookTom was the estate agent for the vendors of the house we were buying. So really, not representing us at all. However, he couldn’t have been more attentive to our needs! Tom was always friendly and so easy to contact, always returned our calls, got the answers to the questions we had for the vendors quickly and made extra trips to the property to enable us to measure up, etc. We found Smart Estate Agents to be a very professional and thorough team to go through. We highly recommend them. We were very glad to have Tom on board.

If you are wanting to sell your property please check this company out, they will sell your property for a very competitive fixed price but still treat you in a very professional manor.Lisa and Rob were the two I dealt with and from start to finish cant fault the way they dealt with selling my property, having not sold a property before they guided us through and always on the end of a phone or email if needed.Many thanks to Smart

Would 100% recommend Smart, we had 2 properties to sell to buy 1 and dealt with Mitch and Lisa with both properties, both very friendly and professional at the same time. Lisa was brilliant, was always happy to help with anything we needed, nothing was ever any trouble. She would always ring us with updates and kept in contact throughout. GoogleOf all my years renting, smart has been the best letting and property management I have come by. They are friendly, caring, efficient and very responsive. They tended to any of our needs swiftly and professionally and were very considerate of our time and circumstances. The process of renting can be very stressful and wearing but with Smart it was a breeze, we felt taken care of and confident. I would 100% recommend to anyone and wish they could be everywhere so that I can be certain I will have another great experience where I move to next.
