Amy was such a laugh and really helped us with information regarding the flat and made the viewing such a memorable time. If we ever have to view another property we would love Amy to be the retailer as she really knows how to connect with people on a personal level, and helps with any questions you may have. GoogleApplying for the house was a difficult process due to external factors, such as guarantors insurance and tenancy changes. However, our agents, Poppy, Adam and Kate were always extremely helpful and polite. The house tour was done very well and a good experience, they answered all questions we had. They always responded to emails extremely quickly and helped us understand the process and were very helpful.

I sold a property with Smart Estate Agent and although at the start I felt like there could have been better and more frequent communication I also understand that selling a property is not a quick and easy thing to do. Amelia was very reliable and communicative, particularly towards the end. She would consistently update me and let me know exactly what stage we were at in the selling process and she was as determined as me and the buyer to get things moving as efficiently as possible. Thank you Amelia for all your hard work!

Couldnt be happier. From 1st phone call it felt like these guys ment bussiness. I was well impressed and sold on using Smart within the 1st 20mins of meeting Lisa. She explained how they go about things and it just sounded a more modern and ruthless way of doing things which I didnt get after meeting other agents. Less than 24 hours after agreeing to go with Smart my property was online. I had an unseen offer in under a week and then acepted an offer the next day after the first day of viewings. Amelia was my contact as soon as my house went live and right up to completion. I was impressed with the way she would contantly chase things, gave fantastic feedback and the regular updates. Always polite and extremely determined. I tried selling the same house 2 years Prior with a different estate agent and they failed. This time I used Smart and had sale agreed within 7 days. That speaks for its self. Highly recommend!

We have been renting with Smart since 2020 in 2 different properties.Overall the experience has been brilliant. There’s been a couple of occasions where things get forgotten about or we have had to send a follow up once or twice but things seem to have improved a lot since the pandemic which lets face it was a difficult time for everyone. It does feel like over the last few months there has been a conscious effort to step up customer service and it really has been a five star experience lately. Repairs are generally sorted out quickly, especially urgent ones, and in terms of property inspections they have been extremely accommodating my partners odd working hours when arranging these. At our first property the landlord at times was reluctant to meet his obligations and Smart applied pressure to get things done, luckily where we are now the maintenance provided by the landlord / Smart is fantastic. Everyone I have spoken to, met or emailed has been extremely polite and friendly, even when I’ve been my usual grumpy self!A special shout out to Amelia, Sophie, Emily and Josh who we have had a few dealings with. All of you are a credit to your team and have eased an awful lot of stress for me!

It was very nerve racking as we were relocating from Reading to Penryn but Sammy made the process so much easier and put me at ease. My viewing experience with Josh Shaw was excellent. I immediately felt welcomed and at ease, allowing me to ask genuine questions about the property, without feeling like I was taking up his time. For the most part, Josh knew the answers to my questions, but on the odd occasion that he did not have the answer, he left me confident that he would enquire on my behalf. Overall a really nice viewing experience and I left feeling very positive!

Josh (Peto) was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I stepped through the door of my viewing he was professional, friendly, attentive and well-informed. Josh was able to answer all of my questions and was very friendly throughout the whole viewing. Josh has also been great afterwards when keeping me informed on the next steps, what is required of me and everything else. Considering I have found house-hunting to be a super stressful experience, Josh has done a great job at making it as easy as possible!

A positive home inspection visit. From arranging a suitable day/time to actual attendance Nina has been polite, courteous and professional throughout. She has worked with us especially whilst we are working through some difficult personal circumstances. She has been considerate and empathetic throughout. Nina's written communication is clear and in plain English. We have no hesitation in approaching Nina with any given situation to seek advice, guidance and or reassurance. Issues raised are acknowledged, addressed and we are updated accordingly. We consider Nina to be an excellent Ambassador for Smart Estate Agents.

Smart was the Estate Agent for our vendor but helped us considerably in our move from Birmingham to Exeter. Joanne, in particular, went over and above to help facilitate the move. Solar Panels became a sticking point and she did much of the work to help bring clarity to the issue and help our solicitor to work her way through it.

Jack Ottaway arranged a flat viewing. He was punctual and helpful. The letting was agreed and Jack has been handling this matter right through. He has good communication skills and we have been advised of every step. It’s plain he has used his own mobile and we think Smart Estate Agents, as a professional firm, should provide this vital piece of kit. Finally it’s an inconvenience that Smart appear to be unable to take card payments over speech Comms. In all other respects we have been satisfied.

Chloe was also helpful when I had to complete various forms. So instead of a hassle it was a pleasure dealing with her. A lovely young lady and an asset to the Smart Estate agent.

I'd especially like to thank Rob and Charlie for their help with my clients looking for their family home; Rob recommended a particular property after hearing what I am trying to find and Charlie make it possible for us to be able to sign the contract for it. Without them, I would still be trying to find a place for my client family who arrived at Heathrow Airport yesterday!
