Best estate agent out there

Would 100% recommend Smart, we had 2 properties to sell to buy 1 and dealt with Mitch and Lisa with both properties, both very friendly and professional at the same time. Lisa was brilliant, was always happy to help with anything we needed, nothing was ever any trouble. She would always ring us with updates and kept in contact throughout. Will definitely be returning to Smart when we sell in the future

Of all my years renting, smart has been the best letting and property management I have come by. They are friendly, caring, efficient and very responsive. They tended to any of our needs swiftly and professionally and were very considerate of our time and circumstances. The process of renting can be very stressful and wearing but with Smart it was a breeze, we felt taken care of and confident. I would 100% recommend to anyone and wish they could be everywhere so that I can be certain I will have another great experience where I move to next.

I'm visiting friends at Riverside Court in Exeter. I'm shocked at the state of the place. The porch area (walls and ceilings) have clearly not been cleaned of cobwebs/insects etc for a long time. It's disgusting. How can Smart Estate Agent improve? They can try living up to their name for a start. Do better!

Fantastic Property Management service

Doug Scott and the team at Smart Estate Agent have been second to none when managing my student property.
