We contacted three local agents for an market assessment of a family home bordering the Lake District National Park and although not the highest we chose Cumbrian Properties as we felt they were the most realistic. The house was marketed promptly and eight viewers lined up within two days. A sale at 5% above the asking price was agreed after a further three days and the sale completed without any complications over the Christmas period. We were kept informed of progress at all stages by the friendly & efficient negotiators at the Carlisle office. Full marks all round. Thank you.

GoogleI recently sold a domestic property via Cumbrian Properties. I wondered if a buyer would be found given the pandemic and economic slow down. But a steady stream of viewers were found, Cumbrian Properties organised the viewings and a buyer was found. Excellent. I wanted a quick sale and this was achieved. I was very pleased by the recommendation of a solicitor, they too were very efficient and professional. All very good and stress free.
