GoogleWe have used the Penrith office of Cumbrian Properties for the last 11years to rent out our property & they have always been very helpful & Professional, nothing was ever any trouble for them, 1st class service. We decided to sell the property & this was also 1st class service, sold in 2 days, thank you to the Penrith team especially Andrea,Jackie,Sarah & Louise, we would throughly recommend Cumbrian Properties Andrew & GIllian Wood

No promoting of property. No negotiation skills. Poor communication when it matters but can phone to tell you how many people have viewed on Rightmove. No concerns for the safety of their clients. Not bothered about questioning if potential viewers are in a position to buy. No consideration for pets at the property. Adrian the manager does not respond to emails addressed to him. £300 to get rid of them.

GoogleThey say moving and selling houses is a very stressful time ,I for one am not going to argue That is why I was very pleased that Karen and her team at Cumbrian properties were there to make things a little easier for me.. Whenever any problem arose they tried to solve it without even telling me there was something wrong..They gave me the support that I needed during the" darker" times. Karen answered all my many questions in a very professional, practical yet not in a confusing way- I would certainly recommend Cumbrian properties to any one who is considering either selling or purchasing a property.

Sue Moses made the process of renting Innisfree as stress free as possible. I was having difficulty with the Canopy vetting process, she took over the vetting and all was resolved in minutes. I had been on the Canopy site for some time and got little help from them even when I asked. Sue could not have been more helpful

GoogleFrom the start of the process the team have been amazing. Jackie came to value the property & explained the whole process. Both Karen & especially Louise in the office have been fantastic, taking as much stress out of the process as possible and keeping us informed, they didn't seem to mind the hundreds of phone calls I've given them - always happy to help.

I would like to give a big thanks to Ann in the Carlisle branch as she went the extra mile to ensure the date wanted for handover was achieved. But all the staff I had contact with were excellent.

GoogleEmailed Cumbrian Properties before I went away got an automated reply my message would be forwarded. Since back arranged a viewing & told its going to be let but owner would rather sell so viewing booked. I'd explained I have a boat to sell. Day of viewing received a call to say flat is being let tomorrow so I can't view it???? Was told that I'm a cash buyer which I'm not & that it can only be sold as a buy to let which wasn't stated on the website. Poor communication & feel very let down

As a landlord who has used this company to manage 1 property- I am unhappy with the service they have provide me and my tenant. Lack of communication/excessive management fee/ use poor quality contractors/ don't provide photos of property following visits.
