GoogleWe have just purchased a property which was marketed by Cumbrian Properties in Penrith. The support that Karen and Louise provided was excellent. They were very helpful with arranging for us to view the house. During the sale process they ensured that progress was being made, despite the solicitors being very busy. The experience contrasts with our previous experience of estate agent support, which can be distinctly underwhelming!

GoogleCharged me £408 to not sell my property after having it on the market for 6 months, after I change estate agent I sold with in 1 week. During the process of changing estate agent they tried to tell me it was my fault the property had not sold. There staff are rude and incompetent. Avoid them.

terrible service from this letting agents avoid at all costs. Advertising a place to let that are actually up for sale even though they knew and the landlord knew we were looking for a permanent place. They also knew we had over a 300 mile trip. When we submitted the application we were told that no one else would be accepted , only to find out more people had been accepted . AVOID!!!
