GoogleOur house sold in the first week. Cumbrian Properties offered an efficient service at a good price - conveyancing was part of the package. Karen McCarthy was conscientious and courteous throughout. At each stage of the process she kept us informed as to the progress of the sale and liaised effectively with all parties involved.

GoogleI would say this company based on my experience and endorsed by others would undoubtedly state they are wholly incompetent, aggressive, lie and operate under sharp practice.

TrustpilotAppalling service avoid this company…
Appalling service avoid this company and find a decent estate agent. They will not go that extra mile and refuse to help outside of viewings and advertising. Communication is ignored and do not reply to emails AVOID AVOID AVOID

Had a really bad experience with them. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Would influence my purchase decision if a listing was made by them, they were that bad.
