I stayed with the letting agents for very short period of time, but I do feel specially Jon, the Director of the company was always helpful and answered any queries that I may had. I would certainly recommend JeffreyRoss. Thank you Jon for everything and for making our move to Plymouth much easier.

TrustpilotI used Jeffrey Ross to sell my house
I used Jeffrey Ross to sell my house. Unfortunately I had to pull out of the sale very last minute due to personal issues. Jeffrey Ross were really understanding and helpful during this time and even waived the termination fee. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you

GoogleGreat service. The guys who came and took the photos and videos were especially good and we were very happy with the listing. Our prolonged sale and purchase required lots of phone calls and chasing, which Paul diligently undertook.

Google‘We bought our property in Penarth through ACJ who proved to be helpful throughout our purchase. Therefore when we sold we turned again to Paul at ACJ who sold our property, not once but twice, after the first buyer changed his mind.’ John & Michelle Morgan

I would highly recommend Jeffrey Ross and particularly Lee, he was fantastic during a difficult time while selling the family home after a sudden bereavement. He was very respectful and supportive at a time that was very stressful. The whole process was dealt with very smoothly and without any problems. TrustpilotGeneral Positive Performance
Good house details prepared and portal info link established. Agreed Buyer sell price established in a reasonable timeframe, but Completion took 6 weeks longer than originally planned. Actions & drive post agreed sell-price being established (Maddie), was good.

TrustpilotPenarth branch
Have called the Penarth branch in the past and more recently, always get a prompt and helpful reply. I was especially impressed by Jess who went above and beyond to offer advice and provide details of various properties to view. Great customer service.

TrustpilotAvoid in house mortage Advisor JLJ
Nothing wrong with the front of office however I would advise not to use there in house mortgage Advisor, I was given a person named John Lloyd Jones to deal with. Even though he was pleasant and friendly and seemed like he knew his stuff but did come across that it was only a hobby for him on the side due to him already being successful in other avenues of business, even so I still went ahead with home knowing trusting that if the agency uses him then he should know his stuff. I clearly stated to him I was a contractor knowing that not allMortgage companies deal contractor income however he used companies that deal with full time perm salaries such as Metro Bank etc. So initial friendly impression soon went out of the window, took my £450 wasted around 4 weeks and then told me he couldn’t do anything. I went to another independent mortgage advisor who sourced a mortgage for me through Nationwide. Great estate agents but my advice is to find your own mortgage advisor who go direct yourself as the guy they use doesn’t really care and isn’t as competent as he makes out.
