GoogleWe have used ACJ now Jeffery Ross Penarth office for 30 years for our lettings. Lisa and her team are fantastic. They are very professional and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, it doesn’t matter how big or small the problem is it is always solved instantly. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service all round. We sold and bought using Jeffrey Ross and couldn’t fault them at all, from sale to viewings and then purchase, we experienced the full cycle with Jeffrey Ross. Stafff were knowledgable, amenable, flexible and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Particular kudos to Ramzy, Amanda and Maddie for helping us to sell and then purchase in our dream location.

GoogleAVOID this “estate agent” at all cost all they want is a holding fee payment from you said we would be moving in then on our moving week two days before told we can’t move in causing loss of earnings and all sort of un-needed stress, terrible service and by all means if you get passed onto Ryan Evan’s one of the managers he is like speaking to a brick wall terrible service, I’m not one to leave a review but this place is a scam AVOID!!!!!!

However, upon reviewing the notes in our system, it appears that Ryan made multiple attempts to communicate with you and did his utmost to guide you through the reference process in order to facilitate your move into the property. We respectfully feel that the comments provided do not fully reflect the situation as we understand it. What stopped us being able to move you into the property ultimately was your inability to provide a landlord reference. Although we appreciate that you were not aware at the time of paying the holding fee that your landlord was not willing to provide you with a reference, it is important for us as agents to ensure that we provide landlords with good quality tenants and in order to fulfil these standards, we must ensure that a previous landlord reference is supplied. As you were not able to provide us with a landlord reference, we were unable to proceed. We are always committed to improving and ensuring a better experience for our clients. I hope this has added some clarity, and we wish you all the best with any onward move

I recently applied to rent a property through Jeffrey Ross, and I was disappointed with the outcome. My friend and I, both male, were interested in a spacious 932 sq ft off Waterloo road advertised as 2 bed flat that had two official bedrooms and an additional small room, effectively making it a three-bedroom flat.

As Lettings Agents, we are asked to act on behalf of our Landlord client to secure suitable tenants as per their wish - in this case, our requirement was to find a single person or couple for their concern of additional noise pollution to the elderly lady, downstairs should two friends occupy the property. This policy only applies to this particular property in question and we do have a host of alternative properties within the area that we could offer, instead (subject to your suitability to rent, annual income / timescales etc) so we would be delighted to offer some alternative properties to you. Friendly, efficient and professional company. A girl called Flo Bailey in the Pontcanna office, Wales was particularly caring and attentive. She went out of her way to find a year's accommodation for my friend's son and his friend (their first time outside India and away from their families) which meant so much to me and to my friend. I often found her still working after 7:30pm!!! There's dedication for you! If only all Estate Agents were like Flo (although I'd rather she didn't work so late!)Estate Agents often get a bad rap for being cold, uncaring and driven by commission only. Flo and Jeffrey Ross are not like that at all! I hope Flo gets the recognition and promotion/reward that she deserves and I have no hesitation in recommending her or her team if you need to sell your house or find some accommodation as she genuinely cares and treats you like a member of her family. You're not just a number to her! You're someone who has asked her for help and she'll do the best she can to ensure you're looked after! Sorry for the late review Flo...I've been travelling constantly...I know that's not an excuse, but better late than never right? :)

GoogleWe had the pleasure of buying our house from Paul Davies who is the best estate agent I’ve encountered. He showed us the property outside of working hours, did extra viewings for my partner who lived away - and was extremely knowledgeable about the property when taking us around. If anyone was selling their home I’d encourage them to seek out Paul! He absolutely made this sale happen, and was always happy to go the extra mile.
