GoogleWe bought our house in 2020 amidst a lot of uncertainty surrounding the pandemic, as well as some unforeseen issues with our selling chain. David Baker & Co were the selling agents for our new house, but they treated us - as buyers - with the same patience, advice and sensitivity as we'd expect if we were the sellers. We felt reassured throughout the process from making an offer to moving day. Thanks to the team!

Craig was utterly professional at all times throughout the sale and when craig wasn't available he was backed up by very helpful colleagues. They helped the process run very smoothly and actually completed within 8 weeks. They were most helpful and friendly, keeping us up to date and providing useful feedback following viewings. Craig Jeffries deserves a particular mention. GoogleLooking for an estate agent? DAVID BAKER. 100% choose this agent. They are highly professional, absolutely trustworthy, very experienced, not to mention patient and personable. It can be an absolute minefield picking the right agent (take it from someone who has been at the sharp end). But, I would have zero hesitation in recommending David Baker to family or friends. There's a reason they sell more homes in Penarth than anyone else and have been in business so long.

The whole team were extremely professional throughout our transaction, they achieved a sale for us within a week of listing, and couldn’t have been more accommodating to our needs. If I hadn’t relocated away from Penarth there’s absolutely no doubt in my mind I would use them again. 10/10 Amazing, would 100% recommend.

GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of the team at David Baker. From start to finish we received first class service and would highly recommend to anyone. Getting to know the staff was a pleasure and meant we felt truly valued and helped along the way. Through a pretty challenging process, the team were accommodating to our needs and no request was ever too much trouble, with any such matters always handled professionally and efficiently, even when outside of the normal remit of the estate agent. Also, excellent communication throughout always keeping us up to speed with developments and ensuring we were always aware of what was going on and to come. This massively helped when dealing with some stressful issues happening outside of the sales process.
