FacebookJust completed the sale of my property in Penarth with David baker estate agents , they've been brilliant from start to finish with keeping me updated on any news regarding the sale and any feedback from viewings etc..., I mostly dealt with Craig for the sale of my property who was extremely helpful and always went the extra mile to help me out on any questions etc...., really nice guy , I highly recommend these estate agents and will hopefully use them again in the near future

He was so professional leading us every step of the way making sure we knew exactly what was happening. A few things we needed checking/changing & Craig was straight on the phone to the seller to get everything sorted. Everything ran smoothly and we can't thank Craig enough for all his help he really did do the extra mile, will definitely be recommending to others.

GoogleWell what can I say!!! A totally professional practice which I would not hesitate to recommend. They dealt with the sale of my fathers flat after his death and during COVID They were empathic, diligent, responsive and excellent communicators. In fact nothing was too much trouble. Craig and David were absolutely excellent but all members of the practise were. 5 stars is not high enough!!! Thank you for getting the deal done as they say and I don’t think it would have happened without you being involved. For me it was the empathy and excellent communication during which was a very difficult time for me.

GoogleI'm not prone to writing reviews about anything simply because I never know whether they're genuine or otherwise. That said, this is a wholly genuine comment about my experiences with David Baker Estate Agents. Without doubt, quite the best house purchase experience I've ever had, and I've moved a lot over the years! The professionalism, patience, diligence and attention to what might seem, minor details, has been exceptional. Both Craig particularly and Hannah have been an absolute joy to work with, have kept me informed every step of the way during the purchase procedure and removed the potential angst out of what can be a traumatic experience. I'm not planning to move again but if you're looking for a property in Penarth or further afield, make David Baker you first port of call; I cannot recommend them highly enough.

FacebookCharles completed a homebuyers survey on a home we were looking to purchase. Communication from the start was great and clear and the appointment was made swiftly. We recieved the detailed survey report back in a timely manner and Charles reached out to us to meet up to run through the report in detail. Meeting Charles to go through the report was incredible service and invaluable which really helped us make an informed choice whether to proceed with our purchase and will certainly help with future home purchases. I couldn't recommend the service we recieved any higher and would undoubtedly recommend.

GoogleWe have just bought a house in Penarth with DB&C acting and it could not have been easier. From the first to the last, everyone at the firm was engaging, professional and helpful. Craig in particular was delightful to deal with; he pulled out all the stops, providing us with regular emails and phone calls (even on days he wasn't supposed to be working) to keep things on track. Moving from a distance during a pendemic could have been daunting but it all went very smoothly. The welcoming hamper was such a nice touch. GoogleI recently had the experience of both buying and selling with David Baker and Company and I could not recommend them more. I felt completely informed throughout the process of both selling and purchasing a house with them. They were always on hand to help us with a query, no matter how small. We chose them as our estate agents as they were extremely professional, prompt and always followed through on their commitments. An additional reason was how seriously they took all safety measures in relation to Covid-19. We got to experience this first-hand as sellers and when viewing properties they were showing. GoogleDavid Baker sold our house over a year ago and Craig in particular was exceptional in all aspects of the selling - they keep you updated at all stages, communication is outstanding and they go the extra mile for both the buyer and seller. We then bought a house via Craig at David Baker during the pandemic and they helped overcome a few hurdles to make it a flawless transaction. Could not recommend this estate agent enough :-)
