GoogleI recently sold my fathers property in Dinas Powys using David Baker and Co. The process was seamless from start to finish. I was kept informed of developments, they communicated with my solicitor directly, someone was always on the end of a phone if needed, and emails were responded to immediately. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

GoogleWe sold our property through David Baker and throughout all staff were helpful, quick to get back to us when we had queries, and at all stages offered sensible advice. We also bought our ongoing property through David Baker and the experience was likewise. In the days leading up to completion, they were always on hand to support us through any of the stresses. If we were to move again, and I hope we will not, we would certainly use David Baker again. First class.

We recently purchased a house marketed by them and they were professional throughout and really supportive during the uncertainty of Covid-19 and communicating with the seller. Hannah especially was very well informed and kept us up to date with the progress of the house purchase. Before we found our house, we also viewed a few other properties with different agents from DB&C and all were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help answer our questions. GoogleCraig and Hannah at David Baker went above and beyond to help during the sale of my late mothers flat. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, dedication, hard work and initiative. As the sale happened during the pandemic and I was stuck in USA they arranged for removal of furniture and cleaning. They even video chatted to me at the flat so I could advise what needed to be disposed of and what put into storage. So lovely to work with a company who really care.

Selling houses can be problematic and stressful however David and his team have always risen to the challenge to address any issues that occur, and deal with them head on to enable the sale or purchase to proceed. Craig in particular has excelled during two recent transactions where he has been exceptionally responsive, kept us up to date at regular intervals, and calmed the situation when problems arose .
