GoogleI would not hesitate in recommending David Baker, I have both purchased and sold through them and cannot fault them. Open and honest from the outset and so professional. Craig in particular was amazingly helpful and was fantastic at keeping me updated regularly, plus he is a thoroughly nice chap. I never once had to chase them. If you are thinking of selling you will be very safe in their hands.

If you are looking for a professional, highly efficient and wonderfully friendly estate agency in Penarth and the surrounding areas, look no further! David personally sold our property (within 5 days of going on the market) but through the process we had contact with every member of this great team, all of whom were helpful and knowledgable at every step. This is the second property we have sold with David Baker & Co and the most recent in a long line of properties they have supported my family in buying and selling. We highly recommend David Baker!

FacebookDavid Baker sold our house over a year ago and Craig in particular was exceptional in all aspects of the selling - they keep you updated at all stages, communication is outstanding and they go the extra mile for both the buyer and seller. We then bought a house via Craig at David Baker during the pandemic and they helped overcome a few hurdles to make it a flawless transaction. Could not recommend this estate agent enough :-)

They then gave us advice, arranged for small jobs that needed doing while the property was on the market and communicated fully throughout the sale. Whenever you ring in, all the agents know exactly what your situation is and can answer if your main agent is unable to take the call. This company really value their clients - both buyers and sellers - and take care to look after everyone's best interests. They really know the area and their business. Would highly recommend.
