Faultless, personal service. After spending a considerable time working with other local estate agents, David Baker & Co. proved to be head and shoulders above the rest. Their agents are personable, authentic and trust-worthy, which are seemingly rare qualities in the industry. Their communication was prompt and clear, and they guided us through a particularly turbulent house purchase. We can’t thank David Baker enough for the buying and selling of our first home. The team were always professional and quick to respond to anything. We mainly had contact with Craig who was outstanding, he was always happy to answer any questions, and patient and we never felt pressured. I live in Kent so what could have been a very stressful time was made so much easier by them. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
