GoogleFrom my experience, they were fine during enquiries. Very accommodating during viewing. Lost a star when there were no more updates after the landlord selected their new tenant. I only found out that let was agreed at Right Move.

FacebookIf I could I would give them 10 stars!!!! I would like to say BIG BIG BIG thank to Emma from Patchway Branch! Emma is THE best estate agent I have ever met! She is very customer focused and from the minute she walked in to our house I felt like I know her for ages! She could tell straight away whether we will sell the property ASAP, what improvements we eventually could do and what kind of buyers we can expect. Emma was already very much oriented about the property and the area, well prepared. As me and my husband were selling our house for the first time and we had no idea what to expect, Emma has solved all of our worries and she didn't mind all of our questions! Once the house has been put on the market, we were regularly informed about the viewings and and within a week we found a potential buyer! I also would like to say a big thank you to rest of the team! You are doing amazing job!!! If we would go for sale again, I definitely would choose West Coast properties again!!!!

GoogleI used Westcoast in Patchway to sell my flat in Charlton Hayes recently, completing at the end of June. I had a great experience. It was Emma who first came for the valuation appointment, but then I had help from a number of different team members throughout, including Jacques, Helen, Beth and Jeet and I'm very happy I went with them! They looked after me from start to finish, from getting my flat on the market to liaising with my buyer on various bits and then completion. Most importantly, they helped me work to the very tight deadlines set by the developer of the new house that I bought, for which I am very grateful. Thank you!
