⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I instructed Westcoast to sell my house until exchange, the whole team was professional, proactive and incredibly supportive. A special thank you to Helen Duthie, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. She kept me updated every step of the way, was always available to answer my questions, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much easier. Her communication, kindness and dedication were outstanding. Westcoast also has a brilliant move manager/progress chaser - Emily Murfin, who regularly kept me informed about what was happening throughout the chain, which gave me great peace of mind. I also used the solicitors recommended by Westcoast, and they were excellent too. The whole process was smooth, efficient and well managed from start to finish. So pleased we chose Westcoast to sell my parents' house. Although the process took 9 months from start to finish none of the delays were caused by Helen and her team. After one unscrupulous "property developer" from Gloucester tried to force us to significantly reduce the agreed price, 3 months after he had agreed to pay the asking price, Westcoast sprang into action and very quickly found us a new, much better, buyer. Throughout the process Helen and her colleagues kept us fully informed of development and were polite, professional and charming. Having very little knowledge as we had not bought/sold a house for over 20 years. Emma was amazing talking us through the process, getting it on the market and a quick sell. We found our next house through westcoast as well. Dealing with solicitors was very difficult but Helen was fantastic and without her help I don't think we would of got to completion. Everybody in the westcoast team was brilliant, and they are a team, from the person answering the phone to Nicholas (you know your in safe hands when the owner is taking the photos of your house to go online) I would highly recommend Westcoast to anybody in the future.
