FacebookI have used this company when we bought our first home ( it was a first listing of Bristol branch), when we had to let it and in the end when we sold it. So I have over few years experience with their service and I couldn’t find one negative! Nick in Patchway branch is truly a professional with a heart, always listening and supporting client in not known waters and keeping the communication at the top. His team was excellent taking me through selling process with ease. I would recommend them 100%!

With a complicated chain that could have fallen through a few times, the highly experienced Gemma and rachael went above and beyond to make sure we got the property we wanted in the end.. I wish we would have sold our house through them as they ended up doing all the hard work ours should have been doing anyway.. Brilliant team in nailsea!! Highly recommended... Also highly recommend their mortgage advisor "Dan prowse" brilliant guy very friendly and professional..

GoogleWhen looking for a new home, I was introduced to Westcoast Properties and a nice gentleman called Mr L. Rhodes. I met him at a few viewings and he was a pleasant chap each and every time. He ended up being the estate agent for the house I decided to buy, so we ended up working together a fair amount over the next few months. Throughout numerous phone calls to Westcoast and multiple house viewings, questions and general house buying pain and suffering, I was always greeted by friendly staff, but my business was handled by soley by Mr. Rhodes. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of everyone at Westcoast and it was great to be talking business to a single PoC every time as it just made things that little bit faster and a bit easier during an otherwise stressful period. I can't say how selling a house through this guys would be, but I had an overall very positive experience buying through them.

She is an absolute delight to liaise with and Westcoast Properties should be very proud to have her represent them. I would recommend her to anyone.
