GoogleWould highly recommend Westcoast. We did not have the most straightforward process when buying our house but the Westcoast team were brilliant the whole way through. GoogleWestcoast Properties were a very professional company from the outset. Very helpful with the detail of property listings and always proactive with arranging property viewings. Brad Watson, who I dealt with specifically, was especially helpful, communicative, and professional. I would definitely consider them if buying or selling a property in the future.

I was kept up to date on a regular basis on every step of the process by Bethany Nash and the Westcoast team. I was very impressed with their professionalism and they made sure the completion happened within the agreed timescales. GoogleI decided to sell my rental property and called up Westcoast as they were local. I met Emma the next day and she convinced me in one meeting. Emma said she’d sell my property within a week, she actually sold it within a day! Once lawyers were instructed Bethany took over and, oh my Lord, if everyone did their job like Bethany does, the world would be a different place. Bethany updated me twice a week, every week, and ensured I was always up to date. She put so much effort into making sure completion happened within the agreed timescales, and lord knows how difficult it is when you’re relying on third parties who have no vested interest in the transaction (management companies!). I was absolutely delighted by the team and next time I’ll sell, I’ll definitely use Westcoast again. A great job very well done! Thank you xx

Over the last few years, I have completed countless viewings which ultimately led to the successful completion of two purchases that would not have been possible without their support. The team quite literally held one purchase together, using excellent communication skills as a mediatory between the vendor and myself. On the lettings side, it was both interesting and refreshing to hear my tenants talking positively about the Westcoast Patchway team who took a very personal approach with them. This rapport really helped during a difficult transition when the tenants needed to move out. I always value the local market knowledge and support from the team when seeking more opportunities to provide good quality homes.

GoogleWestcoast should be highly ashamed of themselves. When leaving property they don't give deposit back and try fleecing you for it. Not helpful when work on the property had to be done due to no fault of mine but landlords holiday was far more important to get westcoast to sort anything as landlord has westcoast to manage property on his behalf. Me and my children had no toilet in the house working properly as needed a new sistern installed. Will never use westcoast ever again and do not recommend to anyone either. A bunch of rude con artists.
Dear Kerry, We are very disappointed to read your review. When renting a property, a security deposit is held to make good any dilapidations at the end of the tenancy. Whilst we always want to be in a position to return the deposit in full, unfortunately, when properties are not left in the condition in which they were presented in, the correct procedures must be followed and the security deposit used, legally and correctly, to ‘make good’ any dilapidations to the landlords property. With regards to the issue of the toilet, this was reported to us on the 25th July 2022. A contractor was sent out the same day and a quote was then provided, authorised, and the job completed on the July 28th. It was later reported that one of the flush buttons wasn’t working and again, this was repaired in a timely manner. It should also be noted that the toilet was in working order throughout. Therefore, I feel your comments are not only unfair, but completely unjustified. We have no need or desire whatsoever to unreasonably withhold any tenants deposit. Had the property been left in an acceptable condition at the end of the tenancy, we would have been delighted to return your deposit to you in full. Regards Nick Webber - Director

GoogleCannot recommend these Agents highly enough! We purchased our house through them so dispite not paying them a fee they went above and beyond a number of times to chase up Solicitors & Vendors. Our move would of undoubtedly collapsed without their help. A lovely touch was a bouquet of flowers when we collected the Keys. If we ever sell it will be with them for sure, only wish we had appointed them for our sale! Special thanks to Nick & Louis!

GoogleI approached Westcoast to sell my property in November 2021. Long story short, they bought me two ‘great buyers’ with whom they did not complete due diligence and as a result they were unproceedable wasting time. Various members of the Westcoast team would ring myself and my partner up and give us contradicting information and advice. On other occasions they would ignore our calls and emails for days on end until we went into branch to ask for updates. Westcoast’s incompetence has cost us thousands of pounds in ‘aborted legal fees’ and caused considerable stress. Please avoid this place at all means, there are plenty of agencies in the local area that are more professional. I ended up using a different agency who were able to secure sale of my property within 2 months considerably over asking price providing excellent service. If it was possible to put 0 stars for Westcoast, I would.
