I have recently had the pleasure of using Payne & Co to help sell a local property in Limpsfield Chart. From start to finish, the experience has felt very straightforward, as Stuart, Jason, Karen and the team guided me through the process with great communication and provided clear explanation of anything which was not clear. In a funny way, I will miss not having to correspond with them on a regular basis! Thanks to everyone at Payne & Co once again for all your hard work in helping to get the sale across the line. This year is the 25th Anniversary of when we first rented out our house with Payne & Co. A very young Jason Brown was our original contact and now is Managing Director. Throughout this period we have enjoyed a successful working relationship and believe 6 sets of tenants have also had no issues. Jason and his team have a long standing broad and deep understanding of the Oxted market.
