I would like to say thanks to Payne&Co for their great service throughout our first home purchasing process. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Thank you to Sophie for showing us the property and Janice for assisting as well. Unlike other agents they are willing to help you when you have a question instead of fobbing you off like some others out there. Even if they don't know the answer they still try and help you. Stuart even though you are the sales director of the company you still made every effort with us to ensure the ball kept rolling throughout and chased when things need chasing. Thank you all so much for your help. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a home in the area to them as they are superb.

As a first time buyer going through a long winded process Ross made it as pleasant as it can be with his constant communication helping me understand what stage we was at and what needs to be done for the next steps ahead. At long last after several months we have just about completed on our property purchase. First a big thank you to Karen, who identified what type of property we was looking for from a previous viewing and emailed some external photos before the property went on line. Stuart in particular was exceptional in the way he provided clear and sound advice, guided us along every step of the way and stepped in where necessary to go the extra mile to get the house sale and purchase over the line. Payne & Co. has been expertly managing my property in Caterham since 2016. Stuart Taylor and his team have always found the most suitable tenants for the property, visited the property regularly and kept me informed when repairs and renewals are needed. Stuart always uses reputable and professional traders when such work is required and will always invite quotes from several businesses to acquire the most favourable prices. Payne & Co pay rent receipts promptly on the same day every month and always with an accompanying invoice for easy record keeping. Everyone in the company is professional, friendly and receptive and very helpful. I have been able confidently to leave the property entirely in the hands of Payne & Co., leaving little for me to do other than enjoying the benefits of being a satisfied landlord.
