GoogleI'm a first time buyer and was admittedly nervous about buying my first place. However buying a place with Penny & Sinclair was so effortless. Will Sayer looked after myself and my brother who were both buying and I can say that we were very pleased and well looked after. Will not only was very helpful when searching for properties, but also throughout the whole process dealing with the sellers and solicitors very professionally and quickly. I can't recommend these guys enough. GoogleI have rented a beautiful short let flat through P&S for my vacation in Oxford last Feb for a month, then I was stranded in the UK due to Covid situation for another month. During my stay the letting agency quality and speed of response was impeccable. They were very professional, attentive and very reliable during such uncertain times. They also had the best collection of short-let flats in the city. I would definitely return to them for my next visit.

GoogleVery happy with the support received from P&S when my elderly disabled mother's home was flooded and we needed to find alternative, emergency accommodation very quickly. The team were very helpful in finding something meeting her very specific requirements within a few days of the problem occurring. They went above and beyond in communicating immediately and accurately in arranging the necessary admin very quickly for the initial rental period and again latterly for an extension to that period. Excellent customer service!

FacebookAfter finding a new build property, we needed to sell our property to secure it. Then lockdown happened, however, a buyer out of the blue wanted to purchase our property. We accepted, however, Erling after being told to be honest to our buyer, told them we would be out in 2 weeks after exchange. After creating tension between us and our buyer, he moved her in to rent 3 doors down! He asked us to also pay her rent of 1300k a month, a ridiculous request in which he thought was acceptable. When questioning Erling about why he was clearly working for our buyer and not us he sent me an inappropriate email saying how he ‘liked me’ and how we had ‘connected’! He also showed people through our windows when he knew we were out. We spoke to Mr Penny who simply said we were telling a different story to Erling (doesn’t everyone!?) We are now homeless waiting for our house to be built. Our agent fees should be paid for by our buyer, however, according to Mr Penny this is non negotiable. I would not recommend Penny & Sinclair to anyone. Unless you are the buyer of course and not paying their wages! I’m not one for bad reviews but, I feel in this situation there is no other option.

GoogleI'm moving to Oxford from Brazil with wife and two kids for a sabbatical year. God knows how difficult it is to settle all things so that life in the new country would run as well as in the old one! And the most difficult issue of all is of course to find a nice house to live in. Therefore I would like to thank Penny & Sinclair for having provided us with that. The team are fantastic to work with - all very enthusiastic and passionate about the company and their service. It was not the smoothest of sales due to issues beyond our control elsewhere in the chain, but the service and support we received from Oliver and the entire team throughout the process was exceptional. Oliver worked tirelessly to secure our sale, gave us sound and sage advice about our purchase, and kept us going through some stressful times. Everyone in the office was a delight to deal with, and well informed about our sale. I would have absolutely no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending them.
