GoogleWe rented a property through Penny & Sinclair as tenants for over 4 years. They are an excellent estate agent. The property was well looked-after. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and easy. We were never charged any unfair deductions of deposit. Every time we needed support, the agency was responsive within reason. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI have an annual extended stay in Oxford and have stayed in flats with Penny & Sinclair for two years and the level of service and communication is exceptional, particularly from Lillimai, Amber, and Lisa. Further, the level of care and concern is exceptional. After a long journey, I realized that I'd left my phone on the coach and the staff were so helpful, resulting in me recovering my phone very quickly. I plan to continue working with Penny & Sinclair in the future because they are easy to work with and have exceptional flats in good locations.

GoogleMy daughter and I came to Oxford needing a Short Let while my daughter attended a Summer Program. We were unhappy with our choices until reaching Lisa and Amber at Penny & Sinclair. Amber came up with a solution that was perfect for us just in time for the program's beginning. Lisa and Lillimai provided outstanding service and helped make our stay comfortable. We hope to be back next summer for another great experience in Oxford.

Can't recommend Penny and Sinclair enough!! After several terrible experiences with another estate agency, P&S completely surpassed all of my expectations (particularly Joe and his team). Joe is friendly, helpful and always strives to make the process as seamless and easy as possible. He was always responsive, respectful and was so dedicated. I felt like he was completely in my corner which made the selling process much easier to deal with.

We had housing lined up with another agency that fell through at the last minute and Will with the rest of Penny & Sinclair really stepped up with responsive, reliable communication, allowing an impressive turnaround time. We toured, applied, and moved into a flat that was just perfect for us over the course of just a couple of weeks. What a life saver!

GoogleI had trouble finding a six week stay , but Penny & Sinclair solved my problem swithin two days. Prices are high -- that is inescapable in Oxford -- but the service was excellent, including frash sheets and towels every week.

GooglePenny and Sinclair have handled my lettings and management in Oxford for nearly 4 years, and I've been delighted with their work. They have always found quality tenants, and they have proactively managed the lettings. They have always been on top of all the necessary paperwork, giving me appropriate reminders and nudges so that we have been able to keep up with the ever increasing admin required to let and manage properties. The team is not only knowledgeable, but responsive and helpful whenever I've had queries or concerns. They also have an excellent network of contacts in property management, and actively seek to help deal with issues, rather than simply try to pass them on to someone else. Working with Penny and Sinclair feels as if I'm dealing with a highly efficient (but friendly) machine. As a landlord, I can be reassured that my tenants are looked after, and my interests are protected at the same time. I would not hesitate to recommend Penny and Sinclair.

Lucy and her team were thorough and prompt in sorting out what was needed to let our dear home. It was our first time letting our first time home, so you may imagine we were sentimentally attached. Lucy and her team supported us throughout the journey, and we felt confident in their expertise.
