Penny & Sinclair have been extremely professional, and my most recent renting experience with them has been very positive. From the very beginning, Sean Primmer, the Senior Lettings Negotiator who guided us through the viewing, explained everything clearly, and assisted with the application process, to our Property Manager Emilia Hillis, who has been highly responsible, transparent, and proactive. Any issues raised were addressed promptly and honestly, and they were very supportive and cooperative throughout our move-in process. Overall, it has been a smooth and reassuring experience.

Finding a property in Oxford is hard. Finding a property in Oxford from the EU without being able to travel due to COVID19 and a few months after Brexit is... well, you know. My partner, friends and I were looking for a house to move into at very short notice during the lockdown. We were lucky to have Rebecca as our agent who showed us the property on her day off and answered all of our questions. We loved the property and decided to go ahead with the process. Rebecca was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and professional throughout the whole process. I was particularly impressed at how fast she responded to my emails and how she helped me to complete the process in such a short amount of time. I felt very supported when making an offer to the landlord and throughout the entire process. Penny and Sinclair are much more professional than other agencies I have been in contact with, yet it has also been the most supportive I have felt during a moving process. We have moved in now and are still well supported by our property manager Helen who has been very helpful with handling repairs. My partner, my friends and I would recommend anyone to Penny and Sinclair whos support makes a stressful life event less stressful and more enjoyable.

Penny and Sinclair has been beyond wonderful...I was a bit late to the college housing game and they helped me sorted out everything. There was a bit of a mess left by the tenant before me, but P & S has been absolutely wonderful and reassuring by making sure everything is neat and beautiful by the time of my moving-in. They also prepared everything I could possibly need. Rebecca, Nicola, and Helen have all been amazing. After previously going on housing hunt in big cities like New York and Shanghai, I find P&S not only just as effective as (if not more effective than) the big agencies out there, but also much warmer and considerate. I dealt with Penny and Sinclair for two short lets for my five-month stay in Oxford. Amber Littlechild was professional and courteous and was very helpful in every step of the process. Amber met me at the flat each time to deliver and pick up the keys and was available every time I needed assistance in between. The AirBnB I had booked through a private host fell through last minute and I was searching for an alternative and saw a Penny & Sinclair property that met my requirements. They were familiar to me as used them for a previous booking and they were great on that occasion. Thankfully their customer service has remained the same - although it was late afternoon on a Saturday, the Penny & Sinclair rep. Georgia went out of her way to get me into the property as soon as possible. The only delay was due to a thorough cleaning being undertaken - and I was ok with that due to our current reality! The property is great - modern, ultra clean & centrally located.
