Me & my husband were looking for a flat to buy in Oxford, and the agents were very helpful (huge thanks to Sophie for being very responsive, providing all the info and supporting in the way). Then we had a change of plan, and the Penny&Sinclair team helped us to fond a place to rent. We had some difficulties with visas and referencing, and Will was very very helpful. He was super open and helped to sort everything out, huge thanks!

Selling your family home is a big scary venture. I invited 3 local Estate Agents to value the house, then I picked the one that I thought I’d most like to work with, and that was Joe at Penny & Sinclair. He comes across as a genuinely nice guy, because he really is a genuinely nice guy. But he’s also incredibly good at his job. He understands the local market, and quickly lined up a week of viewings. No time-wasters, just genuine buyers who actually wanted our type of house. In no time at all, we had multiple buyers interested, and we accepted an offer well above the asking price. There were bumps along the way, as there are with most house sales, but he was on-it straight away, liaising effortlessly between buyer, seller, and both solicitors. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joe & his team.

GoogleMy partner, friends and I were looking for a house to move into at very short notice during the lockdown. We were lucky to have Rebecca as our agent who showed us the property on her day off and answered all of our questions. We loved the property and decided to go ahead with the process. Rebecca was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and professional throughout the whole process. I was particularly impressed at how fast she responded to my emails and how she helped me to complete the process in such a short amount of time. I felt very supported when making an offer to the landlord and throughout the entire process. Penny and Sinclair are much more professional than other agencies I have been in contact with, yet it has also been the most supportive I have felt during a moving process. We have moved in now and are still well supported by our property manager Helen who has been very helpful with handling repairs.
My partner, my friends and I would recommend anyone to Penny and Sinclair whos support makes a stressful life event less stressful and more enjoyable.

There was a bit of a mess left by the tenant before me, but P & S has been absolutely wonderful and reassuring by making sure everything is neat and beautiful by the time of my moving-in. We were somewhat surprised by your comments, particularly as you have chosen to book a return stay with us for 54 nights commencing in early September and have left us a five-star review on Airbnb.
Throughout your stay, we responded promptly to your queries and worked hard to assist with any requests you raised. On a number of occasions, we also contacted you regarding property security after the house was left unsecured while unoccupied, with windows left wide open and the rear gate left open. As managing agents, we have a responsibility to protect both our clients' properties and guests' belongings.
The additional cleaning service you requested during your stay was arranged as requested. When the associated invoice remained outstanding, we followed our normal payment process, including seeking assistance through Airbnb. Unfortunately, the subsequent communication became difficult.
We always welcome constructive feedback and strive to provide a professional service while balancing the needs of both our guests and our property owners. We wish you well and look forward to welcoming you back for your upcoming stay.

The deposit deductions have been put forward to you in line with TDS guidelines on items falling outside of fair wear and tear and invoices for the works required to return the property to its original condition. We understand you are now in contact with your property manager to discuss this further and hope a resolution can be reached.
