GoogleWe worked with Penny and Sinclair for a short-term let. The women at P & S were responsive and professional. They accommodated a Sunday check-in for us, and helped facilitate a modification to the lease agreement we requested due to possible international travel restrictions. We choose Penny and Sinclair to manage the letting of our house for a 3 month period. Lisa headed up a friendly and confident team who were extremely efficient and professional. Having secured nearly 100% occupancy, Lillimai maintained communication with us and the guests throughout, easily dealing with all practical elements for which we are extremely grateful.

We have had excellent service from all the staff but a very special mention must be made of Joe Worsell. He has guided the process, helped with the difficulties, been always quick to respond. He knew all the details and if I had a question he could not answer he found the facts very quickly.If I ever sell this property there would be no question about who I would be asked to act for me.

Penny & Sinclair have handled two sales for me over the last 10 years, the most recent has just completed. In both cases they were excellent, the lasted was a complicated sale, that was handled with a professional yet friendly manner. ALL calls were answered, all emails replied to, with the flow of information timely and informative. Highly recommended, all estate agents should work this way - very impressive.

Was harassed throughout the tenancy with inspections every few weeks. The end of tenancy charges were so high for made up items that I hired a law firm. They got an out of court settlement as the contract paperwork hadn't been completed correctly. Not good for landlord or tenant.
I am sorry to read this review. I have invited you to share more information, although I am yet to hear from you. I would like to look into this situation for you. Please could you confirm which office you dealt with as I would like to confirm where you rented as I cannot locate you as a client. We have standard quarterly checks so uncertain why there would have been any need for further checks beyond this and an independent inventory clerk on check out. We are also members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme which is the route we would take with any tenant unhappy with the result of the check out inventory.
