GoogleI'm a first time buyer and was admittedly nervous about buying my first place. However buying a place with Penny & Sinclair was so effortless. Will Sayer looked after myself and my brother who were both buying and I can say that we were very pleased and well looked after. Will not only was very helpful when searching for properties, but also throughout the whole process dealing with the sellers and solicitors very professionally and quickly. I can't recommend these guys enough. GoogleFinding a good place to live in Oxford when you live overseas is a very complicated task. Fortunately, I was guided in all the process by Katherine from Penny and Sinclair. She was always very attentive to our questions and professional in her recommendations. We were looking for a pet-friendly property, so finding a property was even harder. As I said, you can trust them, you can rely on them, and above all, you can work with them without any worries about their commitment and dedication. Absolutely recommended. GooglePenny & Sinclair contradict all the stereotypes you hear about estate agents. I felt at all times that I was dealing with perfect gentlemen . They were at all times utterly polite, helpful, considerate and efficient - and a pleasure to deal with. They sold my house within 12 weeks of contacting them. Nothing was too much trouble for them - including frantic calls outside of working hours and providing advice on things that were not strictly part of the sale process. Both properties exceeded expectations. The self-check-in process was easy and efficient. Properties were beautifully decorated and offered comfortable space for our large group of guests.Georgia & Emily were very accommodating and always responsive to our queries and needs. Penny and Sinclair dealt with my recent house sale in Oxford, which went without a hitch and with excellent personal service. We received valuations from a few estate agents and these varied quite widely, but we went with Penny and Sinclair since they provided the clearest rationale for their valuation. This decision was vindicated, since we accepted an offer above asking price within a few days. They clearly have a good understanding of the local market and pitched the property just right.

My daughter and I came to Oxford needing a Short Let while my daughter attended a Summer Program. We were unhappy with our choices until reaching Lisa and Amber at Penny & Sinclair. Amber came up with a solution that was perfect for us just in time for the program's beginning. Lisa and Lillimai provided outstanding service and helped make our stay comfortable. We hope to be back next summer for another great experience in Oxford.

GoogleI'm moving to Oxford from Brazil with wife and two kids for a sabbatical year. God knows how difficult it is to settle all things so that life in the new country would run as well as in the old one! And the most difficult issue of all is of course to find a nice house to live in. Therefore I would like to thank Penny & Sinclair for having provided us with that. GoogleI have rented a beautiful short let flat through P&S for my vacation in Oxford last Feb for a month, then I was stranded in the UK due to Covid situation for another month. During my stay the letting agency quality and speed of response was impeccable. They were very professional, attentive and very reliable during such uncertain times. They also had the best collection of short-let flats in the city. I would definitely return to them for my next visit.
