GoogleI was treated as a burden to this company for the entire year I lived in a house managed by them. The managers especially the manager of the branch where Adele works was rude and found it difficult to communicate with people on a human level. Deposit was frankly stolen from us. AVOID THIS COMPANY

College and Country have been the best by far, they're friendly and nice to work with Update a year later after checking out: they were very accommodating when I had to make short-notice rearrangements to the checkout schedule (around the bank holiday weekend!) which made a stressful week less stressful. We were impressed from day one with his honest and personable approach to the purchasing process, as well as his responsiveness to messages which far exceeded expectations. I am looking for a rental property for the last 9 weeks dealing with a lot of different letting agencies. And in my opinion this is the best agency in Oxford so far that I came across on my search! The Trusted AgentEfficient reponsive and effective letting and management services
College and County manage a substantial part of our residential property portfolio. As a chartered surveyor, active in the commercial property field, I am impressed by their professionalism and the efficient way in which they manage our properties and deal with tenants enquiries and difficulties. I have used a number of Oxford letting agents in the past and find College and County to have offered the best service to ourselves and our tenants.

GoogleIt was a great exprience. I have lived in Oxford more than 3 years, where the housing market is crazy, and experienced several major housing agencies here. From viewing to contract, College and County has treated me always reasonably and they tried their best to response quickly and kindly to my inquiries and questions. These aspects are nowadays really difficult to find in other agencies in Oxford.

During the process of finding a place they were really proactive and friendly. During the tenancy they remained incredibly responsive. GoogleI rented through College & County over the past year 2021-22 and I was incredibly happy with the service they provided. All our queries were answered fast (Sonali in particular was a great point of call) and any maintenance issues were dealt with swiftly. I could not recommend them enough.

When moving out at the end of our tenancy I had a lot of questions and they were answered very quick and efficiently.
