Stuart, It would be most useful if you could contact me directly if you have a problem with the service level you have received from College and County? I note that you have recently moved into a property we manage, as a replacement for another on a joint and several tenancy agreement. You will of course be aware that there is no obligation for either our client, the landlord, nor for us to accommodate any change of tenant on a fixed term contact, and to do so, both ourselves and your landlord were trying to help. You may or may not be aware that we need to secure agreement from not only tenants, but also guarantors to the agreement to make changes. This administrative task can be extremely time consuming, and within the current legislation we are able to make a charge for this work. If you would like further explanation of the hourly cost of such work, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Mark Crampton Smith - Managing Director.
