View Agentsgetting help with council tax rebanding
when the council changed the banding on our property without any warning, they expected us, the tenants (as part time students), to pay the difference in cost. When I went in to College and County to get it sorted they were very understanding and helpful. Patrycja chased up the landlady and the council to come to an agreement and we were absolved from having to pay extra council tax. Great service which put the tenants first!

James, thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. In this instance by bringing this matter to our attention, we have been able to challenge the City Council's new rating for Council Tax following the reconfiguration of the property. This in turn will mitigate the cost for future tenants.

View AgentsBest agency I have come across in Oxford
College and County are the best agents I have encountered thus far in oxford.
They are very responsive to maintenance issues, sending a plumber within 20mins on a friday afternoon the other week to deal with a problem. They have been very accommodating with regards to renewing contracts when we wished to stay in the property another year. The team is young and professional. Would definitely recommend.

View AgentsFabulous from beginning to end
From the very first email I sent when I was looking for properties to the check-in/inventory stage everyone we dealt with at College and County was professional, efficient and incredibly sweet and open to our needs/requests.
We could not have wished for a better agency.
Thank you for everything!
