Rachael was able to answer all of our questions and we were so convinced on first viewing that it was the right property that we offered straight away. GooglePerhaps this is par for the course, but we had a very rocky experience using Chancellors for buying a house. Wasim was evasive both in his answers to our questions and in his availability in general. He did not even drop the keys off after we moved in. The attitude of others in the office was similarly obstructive and discourteous.

GoogleMy experience so far with Freya Barry and the other estate agents has been really positive. She's been really quick with answering all our questions and has gone out of her way to make time to take us round different properties. Me and my friends appreciate all the help she has given and are very excited to move into our house soon :)

GoogleI have called them more than 10 times during last four working days to arrange viewing for two of the properties they have on their board. The only answer I had from their helpless staff who picked up the calls was that they would call me back, which they never did and neither replied to my emails. Even during my last call the useless girl who answered didn't have a clue where the properties were when I told her the addressess, I finished hanging up because of the frustrating situation. Honestly, I don't know where they make money from but doesn't seem to be from renting properties...

GoogleDO NOT RENT 8 AWGAR STONE ROAD. The house was in awful shape and the landlord is not returning my deposit claiming there is damage which I didn't do. Chancellors did not do anything to protect me. I was left without heating over the Christmas period and forced to pay the full rent of 1500£/month. I contacted chancellors nothing happened. So spare the nice words on the web

GoogleHorrible experience interacting with this agency. They were extremely rude on the phone, but confirmed that they would accept students. After difficulties booking a viewing, I traveled from another city by train to attend the viewing when they called and told me they didn't accept students afterall unless I could pay 12 months in advance. So I turned around and got back on the train to head home after wasting time and money to get there. So angry at the incompetence and unprofessionalism.

GoogleI went Into the office and greeted by an agent named Tiago. He made me feel very comfortable and went out of his way to help me find a suitable accommodation. At times I felt that he cared more about helping me than myself helping me which I thought was very kind of him. For his age, Tiago seems to be well informed and knows the companies policies. If you are looking for a property in oxford then this guy will find you one.

GoogleWe had a really positive experience with Chancellors, agent for our house sale. Right from the very start we were impressed. Alex came round to make the estimate, and he was very informed and had done his research, so we had confidence that we were placing the house in good hands. Chancellors did all the viewings, and seemed to have a good database and list of prospective buyers. The first offer didn’t proceed when the buyer pulled out early in the process, but a number of new buyers were rapidly found and we very soon sold and completed the sale. All the way through we had regular communication. We also used a conveyancer recommended by Chancellors, and they were excellent. First rate service throughout.
