Chancellors have literally just began to act for me, to manage my residential letting in Oxford. With electrifying speed they have found what appears to be the ideal tenant. I am afraid that I might leave out the name of someone in the team if I try to list them all, so I shall mention only my main contact, Jonathan Pincott, who has from the first encounter proved to be proactive, polished and thoroughly professional in his approach. I was about to sell the property through Chancellors but after his visit, Jonathan estimated that he could achieve a 33% increase in income. This afternoon he seems to have done exactly that. His colleagues are all cast from the same mould - reassuringly on top of their game. So I shall not be selling at this time, thanks to Chancellors, but when I do they will be acting for me.

If I was able to put no Star, I will do that. 0 star This is the worst agency ever, every time when I have a problem or an emergency they send me from on person to another person, they will take few days or few weeks to do something. I suppose to have an inspection this week, I take a day off extra to be able to be home, they changed to next week and day say I just send you an email about the day and the hour, I didn't get any emails, I call them every day to ask about the email and still nothing after 4 days.
