Absolutely disappointed. The person I spoke to was completely unprofessional and demanded we cut her a key (we are contractually obliged not to). Her attitude was standoffish and rude. A group of potential tennants showed up to our house, having shown up without an estate agent and been told to 'just knock'. We were not informed that anyone would be showing up today. There has not been an open dialogue, and bookings keep being suggested for days that it is known that we are not available due to work. What was upsetting was that I tried to explain that we do not feel comfortable with viewings happening with no-one being present which then the member of staff became defensive and agressive.

Wel let me explain why I gave you one star. I called you guys few times for rental inquiry. While I was talking I was disconnected couple of times but no one bothered to call me back and it was so hard to get hold of you guys. Once someone picked up phone and stated talking to someone else. When I got hold of you finally and booked appointment I was called later in the evening and informed that slots are not available and slot on Saturday is available only which I said I am not available for. The person on the side was rude and didn’t give me any other option or time for viewing the said property which doesn’t reflect good customer service or quality service you mentioned in your reply. I was just told by one of your team member that one start doesn’t affect your company at all when I called again to confirm viewing. I hope you got the answer. Thank you

Awful service. The two agents I dealt with in regards to letting a property are professional jokes. The first agent Jack showed up to the viewing with a set of keys that didnt fit inside the lock and the second agent Oliver was totally unresponsive after a verbal agreement was made to make an offer on the property. It took the office 12 days,16 phone calls and 4 emails to finally make contact with Oliver or Jack only to be told the property had been offered to somebody who viewed the propery after me. I really hate to leave a bad review on anybody as its not my style - however I've been left consistently frustrated during the process from start to finish and at this point I pray that the next property I make an offer on isnt with Chancellors.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
