This was my second time renting a property in the UK and Ibrar was extremely patient and professional since the beginning. I'd had previous experiences of viewings where I was made to wait or the viewing time was changed last minute. However, for this particular property, Ibrar was easily reachable and ensured the viewing was done in a timely, organized manner. He mediated effectively and promptly with the other agents and kept me informed at all times of each step of the process. I was also impressed by his local market insight and knowledge about property with very proactive liaison for questions I had about the property. Thank you and keep up the great work!

After many months of looking, and even months to close the deal, we've found our perfect house thanks to Ronaldo and Alex! Ronaldo arranged most of our viewings and he was super warm, friendly and supportive which made a world of difference as first timers. We were able to enjoy the experience and appreciated that he gave us enough information to feel confident in our decision. Alex was also very efficient and on top of things which really sped things along. We truly felt we were in good hands as he doesn't miss anything. Some of the other Chancellors agents were either not as friendly, mixed up appointments without apology, or left our emails and calls unanswered during delays in the chain. So we're really glad that we mainly worked with Ronaldo and Alex.

We have recently rented a property through Chancellors, and whilst some areas left us feeling frustrated (the lettings hub mainly!) Overall we had a positive experience and this is mostly down to Charlie. Charlie showed us the property, answering a million and one questions and following up with any he didn’t know on the spot. Charlie was always quick to respond, professional and a great contact throughout this process. When passed to the head office, delays in responses increased but Charlie (even though technically we weren’t under his care at this time) made sure to follow up on any queries we had. He also checked in after all was complete to make sure we had everything we needed. He is a credit to the team and my 5 stars is based on my experience with him directly. Danielle was one of our contacts at head office, responses were delayed at times, but when we did speak to Danielle, she was friendly, informative and professional. I’m not in a rush to move again, but when I do, I would be happy to do so with this team.

I found Chancellor letting agency very useful and helpful. Looking for an accommodation especially from far away can be demanding and frustrating. This problem was particularly solved by Jude Boag Mathew , one of the staff of chancellor who is patient, caring and understanding. I am a first time buyer so no previous experience about getting an state agent appointment, viewing itself is totally a new experience for me. I was bit nervous on the day of my house viewing on the top tensed about how I will manage to view three houses in 45 minutes without any personal vehicle. In my first property viewing I explained my situation to Jack and he was very kind and helpful. He gave lift to me and my husband and showed us all three properties. It was a great experience. Being a first time buyer I asked so many questions to Jack but he was very nice and polite in answering all our questions. This is a review for Bella Vickers who helped us find our next home. We first met Bella in Jan 2024 when we viewed a property on Old Road. We submitted an offer but alas we were not successful. Bella was very professional, polite and provided answers to all our questions. Subsequently we viewed several properties with Bella. She sent email notifications of properties that matched our brief, and very importantly called us when the final property we have offered on became available unexpectedly. Most unreachable ever, unable to communicate properly. Organised a viewing without letting us know in advance. They were suddenly in front of the house with 15 people on a Saturday morning. Worst of all, they took over our parking space sublet and the income, even though we are still living in the house and they are not entitled to rent it out yet.
