GoogleWhat a great company to deal with. The whole process, from arranging the initial viewing to finally signing a tenancy exuded professionalism. Rachel was so expert and helpful (even responding to me on what I found out was her day off) and nothing was too much trouble. Tanya also went above and beyond to save the day when we were let down by an external agency. If she hadn't, it would have been really quite a major inconvenience. On the strength of these two members of staff alone I would heartily recommend Carter Jonas. Not to mention the smooth process around background checks and deposit collection etc.

GoogleI have recently rented a beautiful property from Carter Jonas, and from the start, I was very impressed by their courtesy and efficiency. My contact was Clare Selwood, who was extremely efficient and very caring, going beyond the call of duty to assist me, guiding me through the rental and referencing processes. This was the first time I have rented a property, so I needed a good deal of support! I also would like to give another special mention Lucy Wilde, who met with me twice on site, and once again provided the same exceptional client focused first class service. Nothing was too much trouble, and the processes went swiftly and effectively, and I have no hesitation in highly recommending Carter Jonas as a first rate national letting agent. GoogleOn the whole Carter Jonas have been excellent. Simon was very helpful and professional during the initial meetings and communications, which is why we went with Carter Jonas. Kate McKinnon has been an absolute star, helping us through a very stressful process. Her communications have been prompt, clear, helpful and understanding, attention to detail very useful, and her mediation between us, our buyers and both solicitors invaluable. Thank you Kate. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the 'Saturday salesperson' who let the side down on one viewing. I won't share details as the matter was dealt with at the time. Thanks Carter Jonas.

GoogleI was in need of a property following a recent relationship separation. I called Carter Jonas and spoke with Louise who took the time to assess what I needed and how best to help me find it. Louise found me a property that matched what I was looking and even more. She was so kind, helpful and took the time to listen and care something that I found other agents were not willing to do. This showed she was more concerned about the person rather than the "sale/rental". Louise even assisted when I wanted to go view the property again to measure up and helped resolve a few utility issues that came up. I would very much recommend Carter Jonas and especially the lovely Louise in searching for your property!

GoogleBe careful with your check out, they will try to screw you over and charge extortionate cleaning charges. You may as well leave the place a dirty mess, because you will be billed as if it was one anyway even if it is left with “light dusting” required

Google(This review was originally 3 stars) So its been 1 year, and as I usually do I looked back at my review and decided to reconsider the rating I originally left. The property is fine, but its just fine. It's quite painful to get any issues looked at or resolved at carter Jonas, I'm honestly quite dissapointed with the service I'm receiving. My fridge has been broken for weeks (it comes with the house so I cant have my own) and there's no sign of this being resolved. The heating still doesnt work in 2 bathrooms (to be fair, I only complained about this twice, maybe I'll be 3rd time lucky?) And my rent has went up, although not by a big about. Still, it's a cheery on top. All and all the biggest issue is with how I'm supposed to report issues, they have a new and "better" ticket system. And let me tell you its horrible. I guess I'll keep throwing in tickets until someone decides I deserves to have a place to keep my milk from going bad in a day. I'll revist this review in the future, but its not looking bright.

The move-in process was very smooth, any questions were answered quickly, and the whole experience felt straightforward. Also worth highlighting: property maintenance has been genuinely excellent- any issues we’ve had have been dealt with quickly and properly. Highly recommended.

GoogleI was searching for a letting agent over summer when Jenna Bugler and a colleague, Tanya, visited to talk about the services provided by Carter Jonas. They were both friendly and patient and listened to my concerns and answered my questions about the services offered. I was new to this but they never made me feel like any of my questions were foolish. Following that initial meeting, Jenna was my main contact at Carter Jonas. Jenna has been exemplary in responding to my questions in a simple, clear and straightforward manner. She responded to all my questions (and there have been many), sometimes immediately and always within a day. This is impressive and I appreciate it very much. Jenna is professional and offered sound, sensible advice about bringing the property to a high standard by updating specific furnishings, or adding in new fixtures, etc. Her recommendations were sound with clear reasons and I was grateful for it. There were times when I needed advice and recommendations for tradespeople which Jenna helped me with. Once, I accidentally locked myself out of my flat, and I called Jenna to ask about a locksmith, and she helped me straight away and also followed up to check that I was okay. Although this is a business relationship with Carter Jonas, it is the people who make the difference. Jenna was extremely kind to me and went above and beyond her duty. While visiting one evening to drop off some newly cut keys, I mentioned that I was moving my belongings one box at a time which took endless hours. Without hesitation, Jenna offered to help me and so, for over an hour, after her working day, she helped me to load her car with boxes that would have taken me six hours to do on my own. What can one say? Thank you is not really enough. It was an immense help and I am extremely grateful to her. That is not part of the service but was exceptional and a testament to her character. For all of the above reasons, I haven’t looked back once, or thought twice, after choosing Carter Jonas. Thank you Jenna, for making this a very positive and smooth experience.

GoogleI just wanted to bring to your attention how excellent Clare was in dealing with myself when I was applying for one of your rental properties at 15,Tomlinson Close Newton. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She helped me on numerous occasions when I had difficulty filling in the online documents. Her patience , understanding, and helpfulness was second to non. One if the most impressive examples is that if I left a message she always got back to me, and let me know if I had not done something right then went through the issue with me.
