GoogleI couldn't speak more highly of Spencer Durrington at Curchods. His open and professional style was hugely beneficial and he has a great understanding of the market and what good looks like for buyers and sellers alike. His handling of our transactions is always prompt and focussed on aligning to our interests together with the buyer. Our experience with Spencer and the wider Curchods team has been excellent throughout.

GoogleGreedy company that only serves the interests of the landlords. Check-in reports omit a lot of details of areas not cleaned, loose fittings, etc. Magically, these things all come out in the check-out report--I'm sure everyone of the check-out clerks carries amazing magnifying glasses with them, looking for the tiniest dust, marks, and imperfections to give the landlords excuses to grab money from tenants. For tenants: make sure you check your check-in report closely and add all the omitted details with photos and comments to avoid being scammed.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Jonathon and his team at Curchods, Ottershaw. We were kept updated after every viewing and Jonathan really did go out of his way for us even though it was such a busy period for him. Sarah and Phil were great; they reassured me on many occasions even though they sold our house very quickly, within 6 weeks of it going on the market. We would really recommend Curchods. They have a good understanding of the market, excellent communication and are totally professional. GoogleI think we may have completed one of the quickest house moves in recent history... Our agent was Phill Shortman, who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and reliable. He really showed his experience as an agent throughout the process, providing regular updates without being overwhelming and clearly working hard behind the scenes. Also, Phill is a great communicator which made us feel confident and at-ease as first time buyers. He seemed to genuinely care that the process of buying the house was as smooth as possible for both the vendor and the buyer. Using Curchods we were able to go from offer to completion in a little over one month -- I am sure Phill was a paramount factor in that! With eternal thanks for your help and hard work.
