We returned to Taylor Robinson to sell our home they quickly found a buyer, and when we lost the buyer within 48 hours we had another . Nothing was too much. The chain wasn't easy but sales progression kept chasing and going over and behind to keep things moving. Kelly was a superstar !! Thank you.

GoogleBeen dealing several times with agencies but never found one like the Taylor Robinson, the process was smooth, clear, perfectly explained, we had some external issues that caused problem to me and the other tenants but also to the agency, their way to deal with it with professionalism, kindness and speed were truly amazing as we never felt left alone. I dare everyone to find an agent that is by your side at all times and replies to you in literally minutes everytime at every hour, Ben Cannon does! GoogleSince signing on the dotted line, it's been a matter or chasing and asking more than once. Even in cancelling with you, you were unable to action our requests. I am very saddened by this service as we were very excited when your negotiator came to see us, however, OVER PROMISED AND UNDER DELIVERED. UPDATE: I’ve been waiting on your response as I knew it would have a nasty underlying tone! This shows you can’t take criticism constructively!! We have had more viewings and contact with our new agent then we had with you and whether they are able to sell our property or not, it is about PROVIDING A SERVICE which you didn’t do! I’ve read all your review responses and anyone reading them looking for an agent will see that your responses show poor management in this department! I don’t need your luck, I’m very happy with my agent and will stick with them until we find the right buyer 😃
Unfortunately some customers are unhappy when their property doesn't sell. I would recommend accepting the value advice initially given and you will find you are most likely to then sell. I notice you still haven't sold even with another agent! Well, as a professional agent - I do wish you luck.

GoogleVery smooth instruction process, once the property was on the market there wasn't much communication (property was empty so no need to check for viewings). Once an offer had been accepted I was advised I had been passed to a senior member of staff who oversees the process. I tried calling to speak to this member of staff multiple times and the only time I ever spoke to them was the first time when I was told they would send over an introduction which they never did. They managed to miscalculate their invoice which went straight to my solicitor, which I picked up on and the corrected invoice was sent across with no apology. Weeks after completing I was then forwarded an invoice from a contractor which they had arranged and had for months for payment.
Vicky - thank you for your review. I have checked our system to and can see that you were sent 29 emails informing you of viewings! This is in addition to the telephone calls made to you as well, so not sure why you felt you weren't informed? Post sale I can see that we followed up with your chosen solicitor when they bothered to answer their phone (they never replied to emails). This sales progression was carried out by our in house experienced sales progressor who is also a fully qualified solicitor. As for the outstanding contractor invoice (this is where we arranged a contractor for you on your instructions to complete the require EICR report to enable an exchange of contracts. Our contractor completed your inspection at short notice and urgently so that you could exchange contracts. I am sorry if you feel this is below standards of service, but I feel we did a wonderful job of getting your property sold and completed.

GoogleI strongly advise not to rent through Taylor Robinson. They happily lease out unliveable properties and take no action to rectify issues despite being told throughout the full year tenancy. Now we are leaving they all of a sudden want to fix things because they know nobody else will rent the property in it's state but happily let us live in it for a year. Avoid!

These are the dates that contractors were trying to arrange with you a time to come and into the issue 7/11/22, 9/11/22, 15/11/22, 16/11/22, 21/11/22, 28/11/22, 7/12/22. When access was then arranged the landlord confirmed the quote and these are the dates that you had to be chased to allow access and book in the works 4/1/23, 6/1/23, 17/1/23, 18/1/23, 30/1/23, 1/2/23. GoogleDealing with Ben and John for my rental property both have them have been fantastic, patient and answered all my queries. The process has been made simple and easy too. Ben also provided a second property viewing to take measurements for the furniture. The property keys were handed over in time on the the day of the move in. Ben also organised complimentary concierge services to explain all the pre-move in and organise energy, water, council and TV licensing. This was important to me for someone who is new to the country all these things can be overwhelming. I will highly recommend using Taylor Robinson for rental needs as a tenant. Thank you, Ben and John.

GoogleBrilliant Letting Agent. Taylor Robinson were very helpful in finding us a house to rent. Very easy to report any faults and they were always fixed quickly and withiout any fuss. They use an independent agency to provide a report on the condition of the property at the start and the end of the tenancy. Their report gave an accurate and impartial view - unlike some letting agents in Crawley. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
I often find tenants are sometimes dealt with badly by other agents. At Taylor Robinson we ensure all of our customers are treated fairly and professionally.

GoogleThoroughly unprofessional service from start to finish. We had been in the process of buying and selling a property through Taylor Robinson. We discovered that ourselves and everyone else in the chain had been misled in an attempt to secure the sale(s). Very naive to think we would not have found out. Pity really as it’s such a difficult process when selling and buying your home and you have people like this trying to take advantage of you. Don’t be fooled by the low fee option!
Mr Oddey. Thank you for your review, but as confirmed in writing to you previously, the facts as you have presented are incorrect. It would be unfair of me to highlight here all of the points of help we gave you: sold your property quickly as needed to help you secure your onward purchase, negotiated with you and your wife over several days to achieve the best sale, followed chain along with new home involved and when this initial purchase fell through - found you another property to buy and helped you secure it by showing you around out of hours etc. It is a shame you didn't mention these things!! Also, yes our low fee option saved you thousands of pounds in selling fees and we saved you thousands, as you bought competitively through us (seller of that property fully aware) I would say you have had a great move!!
