GoogleBen Cannon showed one person the house and then suggested I should drop the rent (to fall below the market) so he can find someone quicker. That tenant is a disaster, I’d like to see what kind of reference checks they do.

GoogleThey are always helpful and respond to all my questions. When I had issues with the heating system, they fixed it and also sent me additional leaflets for knowledge, on how the system works and the importance of it for the house. GoogleWOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Lots of promises before we signed on the line, but the reality was we had 2 apprentices not long out of school/college working on the sale of our house, house took months to sell, mistakes were made.. needless to say we were not happy customers!
Sandra A. I do not have records of who you are or which property we sold for your - or whether we acted for you at all? I don't have two apprentices working for me and my office manager of many years has oversight of all properties for sale and I look after post sale with 38 years experience. Therefore, I am unable to comment further!

GoogleExtremely unprofessional, left me waiting at an arranged viewing for 45 minutes without contact... Did not turn up. 1 week later, still no response not even a petty excuse. Would not use again. EDIT: Also Lie when responding to reviews, attached is a screen capture of my arrangement with Gosia. reading other reviews they do make a hobby of blaming their customers for their own disregard.
Oliver thank you for your feed back regarding a lettings viewing. I have checked our records and understand that the original viewing was cancelled due to access issues via the current tenant of which I understand you were informed. Subsequently, my staff have been trying to arrange access, but the current tenant is unable to confirm a date at this stage due to illness, but a previous applicant has now taken / let this property. I note that you attended the property, but I cannot see any records of this being made in our office diary. Of course, even if the didn't error occurred with us, I would want to pass my apologies for any inconvenience.

GoogleKnowingly sold me my house at an overinflated price asked by the owner some years ago and when I immediately realised that it maybe was not the best choice due to various factors..I tried to see what they would do if I resold it via them and they said that I would never achieve the price that I had just purchased it from their vendor at as it was at least thirty thousand pounds over priced ....and sent in someone to view who offered me forty thousand pounds less which the agent thought was good offer when I asked What Eh they withdrew from my sale saying it was a commercial decision Boy o boy how Bad...... Horrible memories of being taken unfair advantage of because I had to get a place in a hurry as I had been let down in a previous purchase which I list money on I am not a property dealer and and just needed to buy a place to live in ...

Okay, where do I start! Back in April (nearly six months ago) we sold our house and had an offer accepted on a new house being sold through Taylor Robinson. We decided to go with Taylor Robinson solicitors / conveyancing team to manage the legal side of things...Biggest mistake ever!!! We still have not exchanged and to even get any updates from TR conveyancing team, you have to chase them up constantly. At one point it took over 3 weeks to actually get any sort of reply from them, and only after I rang them! They don't bother to chase any documents up and contact the other solicitors unless you ring them. What should be a dream move is turning into a nightmare due to how unprofessional and awful the Taylor Robinson conveyancing team are. They don't give a damn about you. If you are buying a house please please please take heed of this and steer well clear of Taylor Robinson conveyancing team as they are shocking bad.

GoogleAlthough it took a good few months to sell out flat, we cannot complain about the service. The agent stuck with us till the end. All the staff were really approachable and friendly and were always happy to help. We actually bought and sold through them so that says a lot. The post sale progression was also brilliant, keeping us in the loop on a regular basis. Really happy with the service 🙂 Doug & Katie

GoogleIn the interest of not starting a slanging match with the owner... we will have to agree to disagree on this. Overall, we felt we didn't receive great service compared to other estate agents we have used in the past.
As the business owner having read the above I have decided I will reply fully once I have removed myself off the roof with disbelief !! All I wish to say to the the above is - what a load of rubbish!!! these were the rudest sellers I have dealt with in my 38 years of estate agency! I over achieved on their selling price getting them a cash buyer at the highest price and managed to also negotiate a good price on their purchase whilst competing with other buyers. You could say they have had their cake, eaten it supplied with the love, care and affection all of our clients receive. To this end I am happy to say I never wish to act for these people EVER again! The estate agents are professional and friendly and you never feel rushed when viewing a property, if you then make an offer, they're brilliant with ensuring the conveyancing process moves smoothly. GoogleOur tenant told us they were moving on and we decided to entrust Taylor Robinson with finding us a new tenant and we were not disappointed. We were impressed by the number of viewings arranged and they were able to find us a new tenant quickly, arranging viewings with the existing tenant and we avoided a void period. Since then they are now managing the property for us and we have been impressed with Ben's responsiveness, expertise and can-do attitude. GoogleWe has 5 agents round to value the house and we chose Taylor Robinson because Cheryl stood out from the rest and was confident, professional, friendly, realistic and to the point. She really picked up on all the selling points on the house without us even mentioning them. We listed the house on Tuesday, had an open day on Saturday, had an asking price offer on Sunday which we accepted on Monday. We really couldn't have asked for more.
