GoogleWe have been renting through Taylor Robinson for 2 years. Ben and his team have always been fantastic, they really show that they care about us as tenants. I referred friends to Taylor Robinson and they helped our friends very quickly and professionally, as they did with us. This proves that they are consistently offering great service. GoogleI first made contact with Ben Cannon when I was looking to buy an investment property, we spoke on the phone and he made several suggestions about areas we had not thought of. Whilst trying to source a property to buy he kept in regular contact and gave advice on what repairs/alterations would need to be made and also potential rental value. Once we purchased the property Ben was fantastic, we let the property almost immediately and a good tenant was secured. We will definitely work with Ben again!

GoogleJust bought our first place with the help of James and his team. I cannot recommend them enough, they are polite, kind and very helpful. The only estate agents in Crawley to talk to you openly and honestly. As an experienced tradesman that works alongside estate agents to sell new developments, it's very easy to recognise when someone tries to blag a sale and distract you from any failings. The team here were the polar opposite. Perfectly professional yet friendly at every turn, even offering their time and help advising us on the legalities of our tenancy agreement when our letting agents were being awkward. Dealing with James and the team has been a breath of fresh air and I am very thankful for all they have done for us.

GoogleWe called Taylor Robinson on the Saturday, we had a viewing booked for the following Wednesday, the referencing process started the next day and we got the go-ahead and moving date sorted just over a week later. We were under a deadline as our current landlord decided to sell so we had to move quickly and they were by far the best and most efficient estate agent company we have dealt with in the Crawley area. John and Ben were the best!

Over a 5 week period, we viewed multiple properties and finally found one with Taylor Robinson. We put in an offer and the seller excepted. Everything was going fine, we had the surveyors ready, we had a mortgage on the new property and then our buyer pulled out, so we contacted Taylor Robinson to let them know the situation and that our estate agent was contacting the second bidder on our property as we spoke to see if they were interested, which they were.

GoogleThanks to Taylor Robinson for their support during a tortuous 5.5 month sale process, thanks to the solicitors of the purchaser! As the process went on, the team at Taylor Robinson were constantly supportive, at times spending up to 20 minutes on hold to speak to the purchaser's solicitors in order to seek progress or even an update on the transaction. They also kept us up to date with changes in the situation, going above and beyond for us in this challenging situation that was not of their making. We could not have asked for more and we will use them again when we next have a property transactionPositiveQuality

Dealt with several estate agencies in the pst but none of them were like Taylor Robinson, professionalism at its highest, the agent that followed me and my co-tenants was always by our side and answering to any of our questions and concerns immediately giving us a clear explanation of every aspects and helping us out on every single detail despite sone difficult circumstances that us and the agency had to deal with. Special mention to Ben Cannon, the best in his hob.

GoogleDefinitely recommend Taylor Robinson Estate Agent. Their website clearly advertised the property and explained the fees. The Referencing process was easy and anything I called about I got a quick response back. Very professional and helpful. Ben was very good at keeping us updated and made the move less stressful.

I always encourage reviews whether good or bad, but in this instance I have no idea who you are! I guess as an estate and letting agent the above could be read as a positive - how we negotiate the best price for our sellers or landlords (this is our job) or that we work hard to earn our money by offering the best service. If you have an issue or problem, as the owner of Taylor Robinson I would always have an open door to hear and help with any issues you may have, so please feel free to reach out.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible company. Very helpful right up until contracts are signed. After that you are as good as forgotten about. Any issues in the property they do nothing but pass the buck rather than doing something about the issue. Technically the company are breaking the Landlords and Tenants Act 1985 but as they know you have still have no choice but to pay full rent regardless of issues encountering in your property they will ignore any requests made to get the issues resolved.

I'm sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience It's important for landlords and property management companies to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their tenants, but just to confirm that no breach of any law has happened. To clarify The Landlords and Tenants Act 1985 establishes certain rights and responsibilities for both landlords and tenants, including the obligation for landlords to maintain the property in a safe and habitable condition and I can confirm that the property you rented was a brand-new apartment and the property was and is fully liveable, a health and safety check was carried out prior to your occupation and no hazards were picked up prior to you moving in. I can also confirm that the only thing that was passed back was that you was that you need to set up the boiler timer yourself, a member of staff also offered to come and assist if you couldn’t do it.

Absolutely awful. Friendly at first - as stated in other reviews - but when something goes slightly wrong they don’t want to know. They do not update you about a purchase or any changes. They are unkind, impolite and unhelpful. I have had to demand an apology twice. They must only care about money and do not care about being kind, polite or helpful to customers during buying a house - which is known to be a stressful process. Very disappointed that basic manners were not used by Taylor Robinson staff. I have been asked if I will change my review with still no apology

GoogleBeen with them for 5 years. Very expensive, professional though, but not a bot of empathy from the company as a tenant received. All further enquiries after the tenancy was ended regarding deposit didn't go anywhere with them. No helping or advising hand. But very professional as long as you're ready to pay big rent. Disappointed client cause our business with them looked one direction all the time and it was landlords direction. Not recommended. Addition to comments from earlier: Thanks a lot for"tickling" the owner after this comment was made, towards DPS resolution centre, as a result of Your input the owner of the property has taken action and responded to DPS, ball gone rolling, finally. I think you have more influence than you say, as your company advisor is taking pictures and advising what's worth mentioning as "serious damage" or what can be "wear and tear" cause. In wrap up: received deposit back. "Quite serious damage" isn't as serious as was intended to be lit up, sorry to say so but try to mock people bit less in future. Those renting prices are already sky high and not everyone with decent jobs can afford them, why try to rob working class people after contract has ended. Especially after 5 years of honest renting. Plus we admitted some damage but didn't agree to exchange old unusable stuff to new as per pricing list provided. Stay safe.NegativeValue

Thank you for your review as whether they are good or bad I always want to know as the business owner. I have looked at your position and find that you were a tenant in 2019. I note that the landlord looked to make a deduction from your deposit for quite serious property damage. Your deposit is held in a protected scheme and as such a process is required. Taylor Robinson completed this 2 years ago, but believe you may just have reviewed your reply. Taylor Robinson is not an expensive agent and any damage deducted money would revert to the landlord - moreover, there are no tenant charges at all now. Rent values are always market rent.

Having been a landlord on a rental and now a tenant through Taylor Robinson, Ben has throughout those years been so helpful, friendly and professional in all dealings. Having received fantastic help and guidance from Ben throughout the 6 or more years has led me to use Taylor Robinson in a recent house sale. James, Sebastian and Nicola have been amazing. As in previous dealings, Taylor Robinson have again provided outstanding professional and friendly service.
