GoogleI’m very happy with the service from Taylor Robinson Estate Agents. Jake from the lettings team was outstanding, professional, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Ben was equally great and made everything run smoothly. Everything went exactly to plan, and I had no issues securing the property. Highly recommended!

Taylor Robinson has been managing the letting of my house for 9 years and I am more than happy with the service I receive. The Lettings team, led by Ben, answers my queries promptly and deals with all aspects of the tenancies. This includes, but is not limited to, arranging repairs & servicing and dealing with my comments about the tenants’ actions. All in all, I receive a first-class service from the Lettings team and I am glad I chose Taylor Robinson as my Letting Agents.

When I started letting property over 20 years ago Taylor Robinson was my agent. Sadly they closed their lettings side of the business to concentrate solely on property sales. They moved me to another agent. I was always more than satisfied with Taylor Robinson, providing an excellent service. Last year I discovered Taylor Robinson were back in the lettings business. My properties are now safely back in their hands. Taylor Robinson offer a fully managed service. I deal mainly with Ben Cannon, and Clare Penfold in admin. Both offer a very friendly and efficient service. Fees are fully transparent with no hidden costs or charges. Any issues are dealt with immediately. The best agents I've had. I would recommend them all day long. Martin

Taylor Robinson have been fantastic, I had my property on the letting market with another agent for 3 weeks and only had 1 viewing and wasn't having the best experience. I instructed Taylor Robinson and within 24hrs, pictures taken, live on Rightmove and 3 appointments booked in. Within 72hours a let deal has been agreed. Sadly we didn’t get our sale with Taylor Robinson which we were hoping for. But from start to finish TR were very helpful, honest and upfront. Always keeping us up to date and bringing the viewers in. Special mention to Harry Beard who was just the nicest easiest person to oversee viewings for our property. Don’t listen to the negative reviews as from our point of view TR are one of the best estate agents in Crawley. Just sorry they didn’t get the sale of our house.

GoogleTaylor Robinson were my lettings agents more than 20 years ago. I was more than happy with them but they closed their lettings side of the business but found me another agent. I recently discovered that Taylor Robinson were letting properties again, I was dissatisfied with my current lettings agent. Since being back with Tayor Robinson I am highly delighted. I deal with Ben Cannon who "keeps me in the loop" at all times during the process of finding a tenant. He keeps me updated about all viewings. Within a very short time my property has been let.

Always very helpful on any questions we asked later on through the process. Ben also kept us informed of any changes or challenges that needed to be resolved. Really disappointing experience overall. I joined this agency after being assured by a particular member of staff that my property would sell quickly, but after they left, no one even told me. The viewings were handled poorly, staff didn’t know key details about my home or the area, and I often had to chase them for updates. I even ended up doing my own viewings just to keep things moving. After more than a year with no results, I went multi-agency, suddenly there was effort, and my home sold within weeks. Communication from management was dismissive and when raising concerns I was belittled and intimidated from the owner. When I advised the owner that I would give an honest review of my experience , I was informed their IT department and legal team would get involved. Having said that my house was sold through this agency in the end but what a distressing experience when raising concerns. I am now going through their complaints procedure. Sadly, I can’t recommend this agency based on my experience as there was a real lack of professionalism, care, and accountability.
This review is completely inaccurate. There were many offers and lots of viewing activity prior to another agent being instructed! We adhered to our contract and successfully completed a sale over another agent. Our multi agency fee became payable and was paid accordingly - this unfortunately, was the issue in my opinion. Reviews can be harmful to companies which is unfair when they are inaccurate! This is why I have responded. Lawrence Taylor a successful estate agent in Crawley for 40 years - which probably provides the best response!

GoogleWe Switched to Taylor Robinson after being Stagnant on the market for 5 month's . So glad we did! The House was sold within 1 day, unfortunately this feel through 3 weeks later. Taylor Robinson we're on it straight away and sold the house 2 weeks later for close to the marketing price! The whole transaction was smooth and efficient all the way along. Can't recommend these guys enough! Well done all, keep up the good work.
