First used Taylor Robinson about 10 years ago after buying a flat with my son that we wanted to rent out. I telephone a couple of letting agencies , but I was very impressed with Ben Cannon who works for Taylor Robinson and decided to ask them go find us a tenant which they did. We gained a good trusting relationship with Ben Cannon and for the first few years they provided us with Tenants and we did any work needed ourselves. Now as we know Ben so well and he has helped us so many times we have decided to use Taylor Robinson to also manage the flat now, which saves my son and I having to sort out any problems.
I can’t recommend Ben Cannon enough, he is such a nice honest and very knowledgeable person , and has made the letting of our flat an easy experience for us, and long may it continue.
Taylor Robinson are a very good company, thanks to their great staff like Ben.

Over a few years we bought 6 flats in Crawley with the help and advice of Taylor Robinson (TR), and throughout the whole process they were professional and extremely willing to help in every way. They have managed our properties in exactly the same manner; responding immediately to tenants issues, connecting with us to confirm actions, and regularly inspecting the apartments to ensure they are being respected by the tenants.
