GoogleA great, customer focused estate agents. No pressure when it comes to viewing properties, super informative also and genuinely take an interest in each individual clients circumstances. James in particular has been amazing with us and put us at ease straight away as first time buyers. He even has given us amazing advice and guidance along the way too, which we will be using throughout our buying process. Would highly recommend on all levels.

GoogleThe Lettings Team at Taylor Robinson Crawley branch, headed by Ben Cannon, deals with all day to day queries and keep me informed. I find them very efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, due to Covid, my current tenants have had some difficulties, but the Team is liaising with the tenants and doing the best they can on my behalf, including dealing with insurance and legal matters. Taylor Robinson’s efficiency and care makes what is a very worrying time easier to cope with.

GoogleAs I have been looking for a house to buy for many months. I contacted different estate companies and had an experience of dealing with them. But I really loved the team response, especially follow up towards the client of Taylor Robinson. They will keep you updated about everything and will stay in touch with you throughout the whole process.

During inspections they reported "tenants are looking after house very well" but their pets ruined the furniture and pissed on the new carpet. It cost me thousands in repair costs. STAY AWAY FROM THOSE CROOKED AGENTS!!!!!!

GoogleThis company did a great job with our house sale. We took advantage of their introductory offer which meant we saved money but even their standard prices are great and you get the benefits of a high street agent for prices that are competitive with online agents where you end up having to do a lot of the work yourself. They were efficient, very quick to respond if not available at the time, kept us updated every step of the way and made sure everyone was on the same page so when exchange and completion came there were no nasty surprises. The process felt smooth and seemless and a lot of the potential stress that could have been caused just wasn’t there. Will definitely be recommending!

GoogleSeemed very helpful at the start of a house purchase, but it all transpired as overpromise, and under-delivery. Pulled out of a house purchase after a lot waiting, consideration and loss of 1000s of £s for us. Potentially won’t viewing properties listed by them again.

GoogleIt's nice in this day and age to have an estate agents who are local, friendly and have been established a long time. I recently had them out to value my property & found Mr Taylor to be friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the current property trends, he ran through the whole marketing process from start to finish and outlined the new fee which sounds like ill be able to afford my dŕeam home. Great staff & great company.

I was concerned my first may take time to rent out, but Ben came over and within hours, he'd rented out the property for a year! He has recently located a property for my son in addition. Very friendly at the beginning, then once I needed something Ben brushes you off to clueless Claire. My tenant stole from my flat and left the furniture in tatters, TR wanted nothing to do with it. What happened to background checks?

GoogleWe were listed with two different agents but what set Taylor Robinson apart was that they were always available to explain things and stop our concerns. A great thing when you are going through a high stress time.
