GoogleVery poor and unprofessional service.
Rang in to view a property. Spoke to a lady called Ashleigh/Ashley. Said they had an application on the property already but would take my details.
Asked if I was working. I sold my business in December for £2.4 million and require a property for 6 months while my forever home is being renovated etc etc.
Said I could prove the funds and pay the full tenancy up front if required.
Didn’t ask my situation, just said I need to be working to view this property and it would not be accept.

GoogleReally disappointed in the state of some of the properties that Innovate Estate Agents are letting out. I went to a couple of their property viewings and discovered the properties were in extremely poor condition for the price they are being let at (£650 and £675 per month). To begin with, there was damp and mold everywhere, the kitchen cupboards were misaligned and missing a handle here and there, the floors in all rooms were filthy, the bathroom toilets were dirty (as were the bath tubs), and the conservatory in one property had mold growing all over the roof and windows, I've no doubt it lets in rainwater too.
This tells me the landlords are vile and lazy with complete disregard for tenants' welfare, they just want to pocket the money without even thinking of maintaining their properties. They see tenants as worthless.
For Innovate Estate Agents to let these landlords hide behind them as they work to bring in tenants on the landlord's behalf, shows a complete lack of respect from this agency. It is insulting for their staff to present these properties with broad smiles on their faces, when they know how awful the properties are, and it shows that they too are only in the business for profits.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHi, my name is Khalil I am working as research fellow in university of Birmingham . Today I had for viewing date with Innovate Estate Agents in property 1 Edencroft, Wheeleys Road, B15 2LW. They didn’t come and let me wait for one hour. And they did not reply my calls on their mobile phones. later I called them on their phone office line on their website and when I spoke to them they said the property is already rented. My advice to anybody deal with these people be carful because they do not care for people and they are not good.

They are very unprofessional, do not respond to emails or callback. I have had a leak from the flat above which has damaged my bedroom, 2 bathrooms and hallway yet they only send a cowboy builder and the leak is still there with a new leak in the second bathroom. If the way they treat their tenants is anything to go by then I would totally avoid this company.
If repair isn't done properly I will be taking legal action

GoogleIf you are looking for a proper estate agent, that provides better service for tenant and not only the sole interest of the landlord, this is NOT the right one. if peace of mind is NOT your priority in your rental property, this agent will provide it for you. GoogleI also would give it a 0 if I could, absolutely livid we found a property to rent viewed it told them we didnt want any furniture, was told it was gone when phoned up to check the progress of what had been done in the property to find the day we moved in still two wardrobes and a trampoline due to this the maintaince men came the same day we was moving in to not only take the two wardrobes but to take two pieces of our wardrobe aswell! Phoned up numerous of times to be told I'll get a call back after waiting hours still not call back. Fences all have come down told it would be a week and a half still nothing. It's been two weeks! Then we move in to find THE OVEN DOESNT WORK, with two small children I find it unacceptable that they would even move anyone into a property without making sure appliances work!
