After struggling to find the right estate agent to sell my property Innovate have restored my faith. They were so efficient in handling the viewings and paperwork and chasing solicitors that it made my life so much easier and less stressful. Not only did they sell my property for me but they have also helped me along the way in my property business by being able to supply high end properties for me to rent out. Superb experience I can’t thank them enough! I will most definitely be doing business again with them in the near future!

AVOID THIS AGENCY!!! They are very unprofessional, do not respond to emails or callback. I have had a leak from the flat above which has damaged my bedroom, 2 bathrooms and hallway yet they only send a cowboy builder and the leak is still there with a new leak in the second bathroom. If the way they treat their tenants is anything to go by then I would totally avoid this company. If repair isn't done properly I will be taking legal action

If you are looking for a proper estate agent, that provides better service for tenant and not only the sole interest of the landlord, this is NOT the right one. if peace of mind is NOT your priority in your rental property, this agent will provide it for you. There are much better estate agent out there, which provides quality service for both tenants and landlords, This agent only serves what benefits them the most….and tenants is not one of them. I also would give it a 0 if I could, absolutely livid we found a property to rent viewed it told them we didnt want any furniture, was told it was gone when phoned up to check the progress of what had been done in the property to find the day we moved in still two wardrobes and a trampoline due to this the maintaince men came the same day we was moving in to not only take the two wardrobes but to take two pieces of our wardrobe aswell! Phoned up numerous of times to be told I'll get a call back after waiting hours still not call back. Fences all have come down told it would be a week and a half still nothing. It's been two weeks! Then we move in to find THE OVEN DOESNT WORK, with two small children I find it unacceptable that they would even move anyone into a property without making sure appliances work!

Would have rated them 0 if I could. Rented through innovate lettings. Complained of several things that needed to be done BEFORE signing such as emptying remaining contents in property & also cleaning of it. Although I was told that my contract will be managed by my landlord they said they'd sort it all out BEFORE i signed the contract. After signing & paying ALL fees, I tried to find out the outcome of when house would be cleaned & emptied but my emails were then ignored. I called up to speak to LOREN who I'd previously discussed this with to be told she wasn't in the office even though I'd drove passed and seen here in there. She didnt come to the phone but instead a colleague lied for her & told me repeatedly put me in hold each time telling me that they're not managing it so they cant help. They ignored the fact that I was told they'd speak to landlord and get back to me and the fact this was our agreement at time of signing contract. I am 7 MONTHS PREGNANT and have been left with a urinated bathroom, filthy kitchen and old discarded furniture from previous tenants to dispose of. They're liars & are all smiles until they get your money and roped into contracts. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!!!

I have started renting a property from innovate and they do an outstanding job of it. Any repairs which are reported get done asap, such an easy process you report the repair via online and they come around and sort the problem out. Recently had my first inspection of the property and the lady was so lovely and professional, very much punctual and very friendly too. Overall I must say they do a fantastic job even if you have queries they respond rapidly. I recommend innovate agency very reliable. All the staff are very professional in what they do keep up the hard work.

Recently rented our property through innovate, very helpful in all aspects of moving house, gave us clear instructions on what we needed to bring with us, were very accommodating while we were in the office filling out paperwork, kept us up to date while the checks were being carried out and made it extremely easy for us when it came to paying monies and collecting keys, since moving in they have answered all our questions via telephone and email very quickly so we didn’t have to wait around. Very happy to be renting through them.
