I don’t even know where to start with Innovate. Firstly a 5* rating doesn’t do justice for the level of professionalism and care this company offers, in particular Onkar. I first got in contact with Onkar in 2024, from my first encounter with him I just knew instantly that I wanted him to conduct the sale of my property. Over a year later when I was ready to sell Onkar and David acted with such precision you couldn’t even make it up. I gave them a very unrealistic deadline to complete by and honestly they shocked me with managing to pull it off, that too with absolute ease!! I have nothing but praises for the both of these gentlemen, they are phenomenal at what they does, assisted me to overcome challenges and hurdles that were being thrown at me from all directions and they snapped them up and dealt with them before I could even think of a solution. I very highly rate and respect this company, the partners, management and all other staff. They operate this business exactly how an estate agents should be operated. A very very big well done to you all, you truly are a massive credit to your company.

We moved our rental propertys to innovate to manage about four years ago, they have been the best agents we have ever worked with. They are always happy to answer any questions I may have had no matter how minor and have also delt with quite major issues always in a plesent manor I'm never afraid to contact them. I would especially like to thank the repairs team for all their recent hard work and support leasing with council, contractors, tenant and myself always such a hard working professional team. This was the best experience I have had with an agency of any kind especially an estate agency. From the moment of contact to securing my first home I felt very involved and every request was met, every concern was relieved and every issue was resolved. A special thank you to Onkar, he was brilliant and better than I could ever ask for and helped me with every detail along the process and helped get it done quickly and stress free. Another big thank you to Vickram Jain mortgage broker.Excellent Mortgage Broker!! Vickram was very professional and extremely efficient. We had originally gone with another mortgage broker at another business who had really poor communication and advised would be difficult to get a joint mortgage. Which really stressed us out! We then went with Vickram and he was on it from the moment we spoke and got us a mortgage quickly and at the best rate! We really thank Vickram as without him we wouldn’t have been able to get a mortgage so quickly.

I would highly recommend innovate if your looking to sell, buy or rent your house out the team are very friendly and helpful. We used innovate to sell our house and they also found us the house of our dreams. Moving can be very stressful but Onkar and Karen have always kept us upto date with everything that was going on and this made the process very easy and all we had to do was look forward to moving. The whole team are amazing. We went to view a house put an offer in the same day and Kaz also managed to arrange a meeting with the Mortgage Broker the same day. How to put into words the service given.... Amazing!! Karen carried out a valuation, Onka took the photos and the floorplan was sorted by a guy who was very pleasant and efficient. Our house sold within 2 weeks for the asking price. From start to finish a fab service. Karen knew the type of house we were after and she found it. David managed our account and we worked well together. Sophie was a gem, taking and handling all of my calls. We sold, bought and moved within 3 months.
